Two ladies sat to Miss Danist's right. The younger one wore a formal black dress and held a fountain pen and clipboard; one glance was enough to tell that she was a secretary from the Student Management Office. The other woman appeared to be the oldest among the five, in that subtle state between "middle-aged woman" and "elderly woman." She was somewhat plump but quite tall, dressed in a black skirt and wearing a large hat. Her narrow, sharp eyes made it clear that she was strict.
"Oh, Shade, you're here. Have a seat."
Miss Danist greeted Shade casually and had him sit on the empty sofa opposite her.
"I won't introduce Professor Garcia. The man beside him is the dean of your History College, Twelve-Ring Arcanist Professor Odias."
Professor Odias gave Shade a slight nod, and Shade immediately greeted him in return.
"As for these two, this is Miss Oris, secretary of the Student Management Office, and this is Professor Schindler, dean of the Library Management College."
Although Miss Danist was the librarian, she was not herself the dean of the Library Management College, just as Headmaster Pigman held no other post.
Shade greeted each professor in turn, while Miss Oris from the secretariat had already begun taking notes.
"Shade Suellen Hamilton, since the headmaster is currently absent from the Academy, I will issue you the 'Saint Byrens Comprehensive College 1853 Outstanding Student Medal' and the 'Saint Byrens Comprehensive College Feliana Medal' on his behalf."
