"Are there any Church teams nearby?"
Luvia asked.
"No, but ten minutes ago, we observed Ring Arcanists from the Snake Heart Society, who are assisting the Orthodox Church, passing nearby. Also, based on our earlier communications with the Orthodox Church, there should be a high-ring professor from Zaras Academy of Literature somewhere nearby."
The Snake Heart Society was a Ring Arcanist organization active year-round along the border between Kasonlik and Delarion, namely the Central Old Continent. It was roughly comparable in scale to the Order of Spiritual Cultivation and had a fairly good relationship with the Peace Church among the Orthodox Churches.
This Ring Arcanist organization practiced secrecy. Other than its name, very little information about it was known to outsiders. Even Luvia had only heard within the Seer Association that this group's powers were connected to mirrors and dragons.
"Miss Swift, take a seventh-ring lady and a dose of Mud Potion to investigate. If the Church's rescue does not arrive in time, help them."
Luvia made her decision quickly. Though Mud Potion was nearly a one-hit kill against earth elemental creatures, the ingredients and methods required to brew it were restricted. Thus, before this major incident began, the Great Witches had not prepared much of it.
"And one more thing."
Miss Swift turned to leave, but Luvia called back the young lady who had rushed down from the rooftop to deliver the message:
"Keep track of Miss Sylvia's situation at all times, then contact the Church. I want to know where Saint Byron's Red Moon Witch is right now."
