The cultists had arranged to meet the "God Summoner" at exactly nine that evening. If it rained, the meeting place would be the Dog Bark Tavern in Black Dog Alley, in the slums of southeastern Green Lake City. If it did not rain, the meeting place would be on the 1st Floor of the Train Station Inn northeast of the train station in Mikella Blast Furnace City.
When they met, the Dragon Devouring Order representative would have a silver dragon-head brooch on their chest, while the "God Summoner" needed to appear wearing one gold ring and one silver ring.
