Galina frowned slightly as she looked at the sheet of paper, as though she had remembered something but could not yet be certain. Luvia and Vanessa soon returned together, and upon hearing the description of the relic, the Diviner with Purple Eyes immediately knew what it was:
"When I was still training at the Association, this was among the files on the few Angel Level Relics I encountered. This is the Contract of Trembling, one of the few relics universally acknowledged as 'impossible to contain.'
"It usually appears randomly inside books, disguising itself as a page within them. When someone reads the book, the moment stray thoughts such as 'I hope to obtain something' or 'I am worried about something' arise in their heart, the contract is automatically formed.
"Your fear will be intensified, but likewise, once you overcome that fear, your desire will be fulfilled."
Luvia's purple eyes turned toward Angelina, who had a cat perched atop her head and was sitting beside the long dining table in the banquet hall.
"The problem she is experiencing now was caused by this contract."
The little red-haired princess asked pitifully:
"Can I not want any wisdom? If I overcome my tendency to worry about being ignored, can I return to normal?"
Having also recalled what it was, Galina nodded.
"Theoretically, yes. Angelina, you were rather lucky. If Leisha had not brought Little Mia, we probably still would not be able to see you. You would only become increasingly afraid of being ignored until you vanished completely."
She was not trying to frighten Angelina. If an Angel Level Relic did not even possess that much power, it was unworthy of being called Angel Level.
