The two followed the corridor all the way to the stone chamber at its end. Besides the fire basins at the chamber's four corners, its walls and floor were now covered in dense golden divine runes. This was the simple Sealing Ritual Miss Eden had brought people to arrange at noon today.
The "Redemption Imprint" lay stamped in the center of the ceiling, surrounded by those divine runes, while stairs beneath it extended down into the earth. The Seer Association, the Academy, and The Church would continue reinforcing this seal together and establish a permanent observation post in the Snow Mountain Ruins to monitor this place. That would also be part of the duties of the Circular Hall to be established later.
Winnie turned into frost and enveloped Shade, then carried him flying down beneath the stairs.
Below was a world where reality and illusion intertwined, a strange space formed from the interwoven power of the Ancient God, the Serpent of Doomsday, and the spirituality of the snow mountain. Winnie carried Shade all the way to the very bottom of that space. It was a dim yellow desert, with a structure resembling the temple in the real ruins standing within it.
The Serpent of Doomsday's power still lingered here. The long seal had caused its power to become one with this place. Inside the temple in the desert, Shade saw a gigantic white Snake Egg upon the altar. The egg stood at least half a meter tall, its surface emitting a gentle glimmer.
This was not a divine creation from [Myriad Phenomena Tower]. Somewhat surprised, Shade stepped closer and touched it, immediately understanding:
"Lady White?"
Winnie nodded.
"Her Destiny of [Protection] was stripped away by her, and all her strength was exhausted. Before she dissipated, I froze her existence and
