Oakham Park was the largest park in Arcadia City's Upper City District, and its most famous feature was that it would host the "Delarion-Kasonlik Industrial Expo" next month.
This should have been major news. After all, the previous exposition held in the Northern Kingdom had lasted three months and attracted over three million visitors.
