"From what I know of you... you should at least know something about Iced Americano's relationships," Jue said seriously as she looked at Lin Yu. "Even if you didn't know before... after his death and all the investigation since then, you should at least have learned some of the more superficial secrets he was hiding."
Hearing Jue's words, Lin Yu laughed.
His performance had indeed been a little too over the top to fool Jue.
So Lin Yu straightforwardly said, "I do know some of his secrets... I just don't know whether they're the same ones you're talking about."
"That guy doesn't have that many secrets." Jue waved her hand. "It's nothing more than his collusion with Shang Gen... Although most people don't know about it, I do, and quite a few others do too—so I believe you should have been able to investigate it."
Seeing Jue's attitude, Lin Yu realized that although Iced Americano's collusion with Shang Gen was a "secret," it wasn't exactly a well-kept one.
At the very least, Ginkgo, one of the core members of Xi Chen's campaign team, knew about it.
At the same time, although Captain Good Night had learned of this information partly because of his skillful methods and his status as Order's commander-in-chief, it also indirectly showed that... Iced Americano himself did not have a particularly strong sense of secrecy.
This might also mean that the understanding between Iced Americano and Shang Gen was that they could voluntarily reveal this information to suitable targets.
