Federal law has many provisions, and each state and city has its own local laws. No one can claim to understand every single law currently in effect in the entire Federal system.

However, there is a way to quickly and roughly enable people to grasp most of the laws and know what is appropriate.

These laws, in summary, essentially cover a few key points and are quite characteristic of Federal law.

First, you cannot infringe upon other people's free will or force them to do things that go against their free will.

For example, asking him/her/it to leave the car or house, or taking money out of its wallet, or asking it to take off its pants, are all unacceptable.

Secondly, you must not attack anything, whether it is a person, an animal, or even a tree or a rock.

Attacks on living beings are acts of harm, and there are relatively comprehensive Federal laws to deal with these, including animal cruelty.

Treating inanimate objects, such as a roadside stone, could constitute vandalism, which could result in financial compensation and imprisonment. Therefore, any act of attack is not permitted.

Thirdly, any action that makes you question its legality is illegal.

For example, when you're unsure whether spitting on someone is legal, it's best to treat it as illegal.

Other examples include urinating and defecating indiscriminately, peeping into neighbors' bathrooms, and running around naked.

When you're unsure whether an action is legal, there's a high probability it's illegal. The values you've been taught over time have already reminded you of this, and it's actually a form of self-protection.

If you can do these three things, you basically don't have to worry about encountering big trouble. This is also the experience summarized by many lawyers.

After two or three days of instruction, the boy—who now has a name, signifying his successful entry into a new realm—is named Po Luorui Ka. In the local Nagaril language, this name means "gift."

Of course, in order to better integrate his name into the society of the Bayer Federation, Lin Qi shortened his name to "Rui Ka," which sounds a bit like a girl's name. But people aren't blind; they won't mistake a boy for a girl, even if his name does sound somewhat feminine.

Rui Ka has been doing quite well these days. Actually, Lin Qi is very experienced in dealing with kids like this. He has seen kids who are even more "terrifying" than Rui Ka. To teach them to be respectful, you just need to tear down the things they have always been proud of, and they will become vulnerable, even less resilient than ordinary kids.

Adam explained to Po Luorui Ka in a very simple and easy-to-understand way the difference between the Bayer Federation and Nagaril was that people respected and obeyed the law, which was very important.

In fact, Nagaril also has a variety of laws. Their laws may have some loopholes and imperfections, but there are absolutely no problems with the main structure.

However, these laws are rarely enforced, and people do not respect them because two sets of laws are applied in this country.

Secular Law, and Theocratic Code.

These two sets of laws overlap on many issues. For example, Secular Law states that murderers must be tried and punished, while Theocratic Law holds that as long as a murderer recognizes his ordeal and actively repents (by donating money), he or she should be forgiven.

If the murderer is dealt with, for example, executed, it is equivalent to losing two lives at once, but if the murderer is forgiven, it is equivalent to saving one life.

Nagaril is almost entirely populated by believers, which makes some aspects of the Theocratic Code more effective than Secular Law. Of course, it could also be said that the provisions of the Theocratic Code better meet the needs of the ruling class and the masses.

But in the Bayer Federation, things weren't so easy. Po Luorui Ka quickly realized the consequences of his actions. Whether it was "forcing a woman to have sex against her will" or "causing injury to another person through violence," these charges were enough to put him in serious trouble.

If feminist organizations launch several more large-scale marches, and given that Po Luorui Ka is a foreigner, he will almost certainly face a sentence of more than ten years.

Speaking of this, we must mention some phenomena in society today, a very sensitive phenomenon. As the Federal and the International Community have become more and more frequent in their contact, a very frightening idea has been spreading rapidly in society, and we don't know when it started.

Some believe that the status of foreigners will be greatly improved, and that, to some extent, their status will be far higher than that of citizens. Although the president has stated on more than one occasion, both publicly and privately, that there is no such claim, people are still worried that if the girl reports the case to the police, it may escalate into a political event due to her foreign status, becoming a matter of explanation to the Federal government.

They would inflict unimaginable torture on Po Luorui Ka to make people realize that, both in the past and present, the interests of the people are paramount.

Okay, this isn't a joke, please stop with the unpleasant mockery.

Po Luorui Ka had learned reverence, and he began to treat everything around him with caution, including his attitude.

He wouldn't be as flamboyant and unrestrained as before. He wouldn't wave his arms at Lin Qi and call his name as an equal or even inexplicably superior person.

Now, he maintains a respectful attitude and gaze, and calls out "Mr. Lin Qi" with some fear.

If the High Priest knew about these changes in Po Luorui Ka, he would be very pleased, at least among all his sons, there was finally one who looked like a human being.

The three days passed quickly, and the convention was held as scheduled. Lin Qi chose a section of Bu Peien Central Park as the venue for this convention.

In principle, such public places are prohibited from being occupied by ordinary people without permission. Lin Qi had to thank Mr. Truman, who put in a word with the Social Services Bureau, and what was originally impossible became possible.

Around 2 PM, a large number of media and citizens gathered here. Lin Qi appeared in the public eye with his Sai Weiruila. People cheered and shouted Lin Qi's name. He waved his arms with a smile like a star.

He did not invite any celebrities or political figures to this exhibition because its nature is different from ordinary exhibitions, and it is not suitable for others to steal the show.

The girl standing next to Lin Qi watched the crowd's enthusiastic shouts, and looked at the man's profile beside her. A special glint appeared in her eyes. "You're very popular..." she thought of her father. Every time she attended various events as his date, it was the same scene.

In Wo Delike's family, the role of the lady of the house is not very prominent. Sai Weiruila's mother is not a very strong woman; she is a very gentle woman.

Naturally, Wo Delike played a very important role in the girl's growth and became her support.

She has an Oedipus complex, and children born into such families, especially girls, often exhibit two rather unusual tendencies.

One reason is that their fathers played a very important role in their upbringing, giving them a sense of security. Naturally, they will all have some degree of Oedipus complex, which is quite normal.

Another situation is that the father plays a negative, domineering role in the girl's growth, more like a dictator. This can make the girl eager to escape from the family. She will avoid talking about this role and fall into a fit of rage at any time.

Wo Delike is a gentleman.

Lin Qi glanced at her quickly and told a joke, "People don't welcome me, they welcome the money they get for their hard work. They're all hired by me."

The girl was indeed amused by him. "You don't need to make fun of yourself. You're handsome and influential. People love to hear your stories. I didn't realize before that you could attract so many people without spending any money."

"That's not a story..." Lin Qi corrected a small mistake in the girl's expression.

"I know, I know, that's what you've been through!" Without him needing to continue, the girl knew what he was going to say. This was also something that had been frequently discussed in Bu Peien's Upper Class recently: Lin Qi's legendary adventures.

They arrived at the first thing to be shown to the people. The staff lifted the tarpaulin, and amidst gasps of amazement, the enormous tusks were revealed.

It's a bit longer than it was originally, and Lin Qi had some custom-made bases made for it, which makes it look taller, bigger, and more luxurious.

Amidst a torrent of boasting, the elephant that had been dead for who knows how many years not only came back to life in Lin Qi's story, but also, unfortunately, died again.

After saying this, Lin Qi moved on to the next exhibit, and some people began taking photos with the ivory within a limited area.

The photo service isn't free, but you can get a photo for just one dollar. As the center of the Bayer Federation, even with the current economic situation, Bu Peien can still afford to spend one dollar.

People were discussing each item enthusiastically until finally, Lin Qi stood on a set of steps heavily guarded by several people.

The staff carefully opened the tarpaulin, revealing a glass case containing a huge, somewhat damaged sheepskin covered with various symbols.

Just as people were wondering what this thing was, Lin Qi gently stroked the glass case and said to everyone, "This is my biggest find in Nagaril; it's about a legend."

"A legend related to Shuberia Yin Wang..."
