Adoption of Zhao Xiaotian

Qian Renxue brings a surviving child from a destroyed village to the Papal Palace and asks Bibi Dong to adopt him as her brother. Bibi Dong agrees to arrange the adoption. Later that night, she catches the sleeping child before he can fall from a sofa, sends Ghost Charm to complete the paperwork, and orders a comfortable crib for him 1 2.

The boy is named Zhao Xiaotian and grows up in the Papal Palace. Qian Daoliu approves the adoption and considers him a potential future Pope or successor to his own position 2.

Estrangement and Reunion

Two months before Xiaotian turns six, Bibi Dong witnesses him stabbing his brow while observing his room through Soul Power. She fears that entering abruptly will worsen the injury. After an unfamiliar energy destroys her observation, she summons Yue Guan and Ghost Charm; Xiaotian is taken for treatment, and Ye Renxin explains that he has deliberately severed his Emotion Root 3.

Bibi Dong's tenderness is especially pronounced toward Xiaotian. She interrupts official reports to greet him, abandons administrative work when he needs medical attention, and carefully checks whether his rapid cultivation growth has harmed him.
