Background / History

Yang Yu was a 22nd-century human displaced into a primitive tribe by the Star System. Unable to return to his original world, he accepted the system’s offer of eternal life and freedom from disease, on the condition that he develop a civilization powerful enough to return home. The system withheld Star Empire technology until his people reached the pre-nuclear era. 2

He used modern knowledge to transform the tribe’s survival prospects: creating fire, teaching practical skills and Mandarin, organizing housing and livestock management, and establishing himself as the tribe’s unchallenged leader. Over time, he named the people the Yang Clan, introduced surnames, a family tree, marriage rules, and the concept of humans as an “Intelligent Civilization.” 3 4

Yang Yu led the clan’s technological and military development through the creation of workshops, disciplined hunting teams, leather armor, copper smelting, bronze production, agriculture, and territorial expansion.
