Heaven was being shut down because its energy source had voluntarily cut itself off. Therefore, using God's Power as a new energy source could naturally prevent Heaven from shutting down.
Of course, God's Power was limited and could not keep it running forever. During this time, the Lord of Order had to deal with Lucifer and God's Evil Thought. That way, even if Heaven restarted, it would still be controlled by His Order Chains.
Seeing that Heaven's light was no longer continuing to dim, the Lord of Order sighed in relief. Sensing this, the Holy Son weakly said to Lucifer, "Lucifer, the Lord of Order has temporarily stabilized Heaven with God's Power.
"You must enter the Heaven Core and destroy the Order Chains, allowing Heaven to shut down and then restart. Only then can God and the Demon Legion return to normal."
