"The problem is, the King of Abilities is too vicious. I'm afraid that after the female commander goes back, she and the Three-Eyed Demon will both be killed by him. That would be a huge loss for me."
Scar's meaning was clear. Unless the Lord of Order could guarantee that the female commander and the Three-Eyed Demon would both survive after she returned, he would not allow the female commander to go back.
