Lord of Chaos silently cursed, took out the Demon King's Blood he had been saving, and gave it to Cain. Cain had never wanted to go to the Ocean Temple in the first place, but unfortunately, he had no choice but to drink the Demon King's Blood and head to the Ocean Empire.
"I got injured and still have to keep working and risking my life. Is anyone worse off than me?"
Cain sighed to himself. He had to change jobs. Things under Lord of Chaos were getting more and more ridiculous.
After Cain left, Lord of Chaos thought for a moment and contacted Demon. "Demon, have your clone hide outside the Ocean Empire. Something seems to have happened on Chthon's side."
Demon asked in astonishment, "What exactly happened?"
"I'm not sure. Zeus has a Lightning Space, and they're inside it right now. My abilities are being interfered with, so I can't see clearly. In any case, go over there first."
Lord of Chaos put on an act and said, "If anything happens, I'll notify you immediately."
Lord of Chaos had Demon send a clone over partly as insurance—if something happened to Cain, Demon Clone could step in—and partly because he did not want to damage his relationship with Demon. After all, their relationship had only just improved.
As for the Compound V Big Tree, Lord of Chaos would definitely not tell Demon unless absolutely necessary. Presumably, Chthon and Zeus would not expose themselves either.
"Fine. I'll hide there first. That clone has been hiding on Earth all along anyway."
