Rebirth Hell, The Leader's biochemical project laboratory.
Andrew asked The Leader, "How is the Zombie Virus research coming along?"
"There has been some progress, but we're still a long way from creating an antidote."
The Leader stared excitedly at the Zombie in the tank. He liked this new knowledge. Following Boss meant there was never a shortage of surprises.
"Speed up the research."
Andrew said, "Also, I'll capture some Demons of different races for you. Study in detail how the Zombie Virus affects Demons."
The Leader was stunned. "Boss, do you want to use the Zombie Virus on Demons?"
"It's a backup measure. We may never need it, but the more cards we have in hand, the better."
Andrew smiled. "Don't worry. I won't use Zombie Virus bombs before we develop an antidote. I'm a Demon King with a conscience."
"Isn't having a conscience a derogatory thing for a Demon King?"
The Leader complained. "Boss, send the Demons over, and I'll begin the research as soon as possible."
Andrew said, "Good. Don't delay the other projects, either."
"They won't be delayed. Howard, Trask, Doctor Octopus, and I have been absorbing Alien Knowledge lately, and we've improved tremendously. Those projects that previously hit bottlenecks will soon make breakthroughs."
The Leader smiled. "Boss, once those projects succeed, you can just lie back and collect souls."
"I'm looking forward to that day."
Andrew smiled, then headed to Howard's factory. Howard and Ivan had recently been busy producing Battle Suits and Nanobots.
"Boss, you're here."
When Howard saw Andrew, he smiled and said, "At the current production rate, the Black Widow Legion and the Mechanical Legion will be able to replace all their equipment within half a year."
"Very good. Once the upgrades are complete, you and Ivan can research civilian Nanotechnology."
Andrew nodded.
