Anna had been warned by Andrew long ago, so she quickly identified those Traitors. She sighed inwardly. There really were people willing to defect to the Liar Organization.
"Humans really are bizarre creatures."
Anna sighed to herself, then placed Mental Shackles on those Traitors, sealing their memories.
On the surface, those Traitors loudly discussed how to deal with the Mysterious Organization just like everyone else. Secretly, however, they were thinking about how to report this matter to the Mysterious Organization, earn great merit, and trade it for their freedom.
Being a test subject was naturally worse than death, as terrible as it could get. But being one of the Mysterious Organization's people was different. There was safety when you wanted safety, food when you wanted food, and you could grow stronger. It was practically Heaven.
Though the Mysterious Organization was a Villain Organization, it did not treat its own people badly. In fact, aside from those bizarre Villain Organizations in Final Destination, most organizations would not treat their own members too poorly. Otherwise, who would risk their life for them?
In Final Destination, villains who casually killed their own people would be taken out by their subordinates within three days. They were already villains—did anyone think they would meekly swallow their anger and suffer in silence?
Although the Mysterious Organization had become rotten internally, it had endured for hundreds of years. Overall, it was still fairly decent.
Seeing that Anna had identified every target, Andrew nodded in satisfaction. If she had missed anything, he would have filled in the gaps for her. But for now, it seemed he did not need to act.
Anna then sent these people out of the Illusion Realm and eagerly began summoning the next batch of test subjects.
