Anna asked in shock. She could feel that something had appeared inside her body. Of course, that was not important. What mattered was that the thing was frantically absorbing her Life Power, making her weaker and weaker.
"Hadn't you been so impressive and arrogant?"
This was the moment the King of Negativity had been waiting for. He sneered. "Leader Anna, if you have the ability, keep being smug. Keep being arrogant."

Anna gritted her teeth. That bastard had actually prepared so many backup plans?
Unwilling to give up, Anna tried to use the Evil Spirit's abilities to drive the thing out of her body. Unfortunately, it was completely useless. The thing had already fused with her and become a part of her.
Seeing that she truly could not do anything about the Source of Life, Anna tried to teleport away. Unfortunately, that did not work either. The moment she attempted to teleport, the tree thorns piercing her body activated. Not only did they cause unbearable agony, they also sent the Evil Spirit power within her out of control.
At that moment, the Faces completed their Evil Spirit Transformation. Anna was immediately delighted and ordered them to devour the Ent in retaliation. That way, she could escape, perhaps even destroy the Ent.
However, as soon as Anna gave the order, the King of Negativity activated the Teleportation Device and sent her into a chaotic Space Rift. This was a location the Iron Great Tree had deliberately chosen. Space power was exceptionally chaotic there; unless one was an expert proficient in Spatial Laws, it was impossible to teleport out.
