Nick Fury looked somewhat displeased. He took out his pager and asked, "Do we really need to call Ms. Marvel back? She's my last Trump Card."
Unless it was the final moment, Nick Fury would never call Captain Marvel back.

"In fact, I'm contacting every member of the Avengers, but so far, I've only managed to reach a handful. Some can't be contacted, while contacting others would be useless."
