The enormous figures were the Second Mount, Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and the other Autobots, along with Sentinel Prime and the Driller, who was curled into a ball.
Fortunately, the ship was large enough. Otherwise, it could never have held so many robots, especially with a whole pack of Mechanical Dinosaurs already aboard.
Andrew ignored the surviving Decepticons, leaving them for the humans to deal with.

Andrew said, "Autobots, come to Cybertron with me. We'll defeat the final boss and settle this once and for all."
"No problem."
Optimus Prime nodded. The Cybertronians had caused this mess, so they had a duty and a responsibility to resolve it completely.
Besides, the Autobots were very curious about the final boss. Before today, they had had no idea such a powerful figure even existed on Cybertron.
Sentinel Prime said nothing, since he was a prisoner. In fact, Andrew had not asked him.
"Taking the fight to Cybertron? Interesting. I'm coming too."
Hearing Andrew's words, Tony spoke excitedly. How could humanity's first expedition to an alien planet possibly leave out Tony Stark?

Andrew shook his head, then said to Tony, "As for you, Mr. Tony Stark, you should go to the hospital for a checkup first and get your infertility treated.
"The last time I went to Hell to have a drink with the Demon King, your father, Howard Stark, kept sighing. He said the Stark family line was going to die out, and all the wealth he'd earned would probably end up going to outsiders."
"Fuck! Who are you calling infertile? I'm just not planning to have children yet!"
