Clark was a little surprised. He glanced at Wade first, then turned to Batman. Batman shrugged and said nothing. He owed no one an explanation for what he did.
"The kryptonite Batman carries is too small. It can only buy him a chance to escape. As for his two warehouses full of kryptonite, Superman destroyed them ahead of time because of Damian."
S1 Diana spoke, and Shazam exclaimed in disbelief, "Batman really had two warehouses full of kryptonite?"
Everyone turned to Batman. "That was the Batman from another universe," he said.
Clark smiled. "If you really do have kryptonite, I don't mind you carrying it."
"I don't mind either," Batman said.
Everyone froze, then rolled their eyes. That old bat.
Diana asked S1 Diana, "Other me, why did you leave Superman?"
"At first, I agreed with Superman's path. After all, he wanted to make the world a better place."
S1 Diana said, "Until one day, I received a video. In it, Superman killed a roomful of teenagers."
Clark couldn't help shouting, "How is that possible?"
"Those teenagers were followers of the Joker. They were holding a gathering to commemorate him."
S1 Diana gave a bitter smile. "Superman was furious. He worked so hard to protect the world, yet there were people worshipping the Joker, who had murdered his wife and child.
"In a fit of rage, he fired his heat vision and cut every Joker follower in the room in half."
Aquaman said, "That was going a bit far, but it's understandable that Superman was angry."
"It shows that Superman had completely lost control."
Batman said, "You must never cross that line. Once there's a first time, there will inevitably be a hundredth."
