Andrew told Flash about the changes in the weather. "I need you to investigate those seven locations and find the devices interfering with the weather as quickly as possible. While you're at it, take out everyone trying to wipe out humanity."
"Interfering with the weather? Could Weather Wizard be involved? Honestly, why are humans so determined to get themselves killed? Isn't being alive good enough?"
