Chapter Summaries

Andrew defeated Conqueror Kang by turning the Slowing Instrument into a living being, then forced Apocalypse to surrender by trapping him with Slowness and the Illusion Realm. After Apocalypse put on the Soul Crown, Andrew brought Sabretooth and Juggernaut back and secured Sabretooth’s submission.

• Dr. Reed’s group and the remaining Mutants began fighting outside the hideout while Andrew prepared to end the battle.
• Andrew used the living Slowing Instrument to slow Conqueror Kang, disabled his armor, and sealed his soul, body, and equipment in separate Gems.
• Andrew confronted Apocalypse with the Soul Crown as the Four Horsemen tried to protect him; Wade froze Cassandra, and Andrew incapacitated Sabretooth and Juggernaut.
• As Andrew’s Illusion Realm overwhelmed Apocalypse, Apocalypse put on the Soul Crown and let his soul be drawn inside.

Andrew datafied Conqueror Kang and placed his life and loyalty under the Director of S.W.O.R.D.’s control, then prepared to lead the group to clear out the End of Time. At Cassandra’s base, the others finished preparing, and Apocalypse and Conqueror Kang quietly considered joining forces to resist Andrew.

Cassandra became whole after merging with Shadow Cassandra and awakened as Andrew’s sister, while Andrew’s bait, Juggernaut, led Lord of Order to discover that Deadpool 3’s world was real and begin questioning his own existence. Lord of Order concealed his growing instability from Lord of Chaos as the group considered what to do about Andrew and Wade.

• Cassandra and Shadow Cassandra joined together, and Cassandra awoke with her heart restored, calling Andrew her brother.
• Susan confronted Andrew about Cassandra, while Cassandra received temporary Skyfather status and clashed with Storm over Professor Charles’s death.
