Chapter Summaries

Andrew defeated the ambush, claimed the Time World, and joined forces with the Time Demon God to reverse time and undo the chaos lethal virus outbreak. The world and its people were restored, while Adam remained dead and the weakened Time Demon God entered hibernation.

• A chaotic voice ordered the Time Demon God to release the sealed eyes and help ambush Andrew, but she secretly ignored the command as Shuma-Gorath's chaotic beams struck.
• Andrew entered the Quantum Realm and erased the beams, while Ganahta confronted Eye Demon Shuma's projection in New York and learned Shuma-Gorath's true body had not appeared.
• Andrew stopped draining the Time Demon God's head, took control of the Time World, and made her his Subordinate God.
• Andrew and the Time Demon God reversed the world's time to before the virus outbreak, restoring the dead New Yorkers and turning chaos monsters back to normal while Adam remained dead.
• Will reappeared beside Sarah, and Andrew sent the weakened Time Demon God into hibernation while promising to replenish her Power of Time.

Andrew returned New York’s residents, took control as the world’s New God, and replaced the exploitative time system with rules that gave ordinary people time based on their lifespans. He left the wealthy with only an hour while planning further reforms and deciding how to use their resources.

• Andrew sent New Yorkers home, while he sent Priest and the others to the Wasteland World for rehabilitation under Queen Maeve.
• New Yorkers celebrated Andrew’s rescue, while Homelander followed Edgar’s orders to welcome them and praise Andrew.
• Andrew declared that he would establish the world’s rules, and the wealthy discovered they had only one hour left.

• Andrew revealed to Sylvia that he had used Will’s identity to meet her and admitted he had staged their dangerous adventures to capture her attention.
• Andrew reassured Sylvia that her father and the other leaders’ countdowns were fake, and said he intended to create a fairer world.

Chthon, Set, and Death agreed to help Shuma-Gorath fight Andrew, while Set secretly reported their plans to Andrew. In the Wasteland World, Andrew recruited Priest and his team as S.W.O.R.D. moles, gave them a modified virus to take to Europe, and reflected on the power and resources he had gained as God Capital flourished.

• Chthon, Set, and Death agreed to help Shuma-Gorath travel into the past and send avatars to assess the battle, while Set privately planned to inform Andrew.
• Set told God Andrew that Shuma-Gorath intended a decisive fight, and God Andrew passed the news to Andrew, who welcomed the coming battle.
• Priest explained his team’s mission and Adam’s transformation, and Andrew invited the team to become provisional S.W.O.R.D. employees and spies in the European Headquarters.

• Queen Maeve accepted, gained Divine Armor and the ability to draw on World Power, and vowed to master her new strength and eventually defeat Homelander.

• In Van Helsing World, Tracy described how teams were using the Life Healing Device to cure prominent people and attract believers to the Church of Scientific God.
• Van Helsing arrived to investigate a Demon spreading religion, and Andrew admitted he was that Demon and had developed the church to seize souls.

Andrew tested the Life Healing Device for Van Helsing and Carl, while Tracy prepared to manage the Church of Scientific God. In the Main World, Priest advanced Andrew’s plan to take over the organization, and Homelander prepared a staged attack as Andrew checked on his acquisition of shares.

• Andrew showed Van Helsing the Life Healing Device and explained that the Church of Scientific God traded treatment for believers’ souls; Tracy offered to handle the church.
• Van Helsing brought Carl to the device, and after it cured her, she insisted on studying it; Van Helsing agreed to stay out of the church dispute and asked Andrew to take him to other worlds.

• Andrew asked Madelyn to help him become a major shareholder in Vought International and keep the plan confidential.
• Andrew persuaded Ganahta to stay in New York and help with an approaching battle in exchange for daily meals.
• Nathan told Andrew that Frenchie and the others had infiltrated Congregation Church and that The Deep's training might offer a breakthrough.
• Joby and the Death Organization used Venom to collapse every building on Wall Street and broadcast their plan to destroy Manhattan and New York.
• Ganahta steadied the restaurant's plates during the tremors and asked Andrew whether Death Auntie and the others had caused the attack.

The Death Organization’s attack was followed by the appearance of a Lord of the Rings world fusion, while Homelander’s rescue efforts were once again overshadowed. Eye Demon Shuma deceived Chthon, Death, and Set to enter the new world alone, and Andrew recognized the danger but warned that the world would be difficult to enter.

• Andrew and Galacta blamed the Death Organization’s underlings for the devastation, while Homelander rescued civilians and Vought International filmed him for publicity.
• Phantom Images of Gondor Knights fighting Orcs appeared over New York, prompting residents to flee and Homelander to abandon his rescue efforts to patrol the city.

Andrew entered the Lord of the Rings world with Galacta and took Smaug’s identity to pursue the Evil Fiend Shuma-Gorath. He arranged for Galacta to impersonate him while he stayed hidden, then turned his attention to finding identities for their next plan as Éomer rode to aid Prince Jed.

• Andrew negotiated with the Creation God for permission to enter the Lord of the Rings world and deal with the Evil Fiend fused with a Maiar.
• Andrew traveled sixty years into the past and offered Smaug survival in exchange for his identity, fate, and abilities; Smaug agreed, and Andrew returned to the present as the living dragon.
• Andrew appeared over Lake-town as Smaug, frightening its residents, then changed back and left with Galacta to find her a new identity.
• Andrew chose Éomer as Galacta’s identity so she could impersonate Andrew and openly confront Shuma-Gorath while Andrew waited in secret.
• Éomer told Éowyn that Grima Wormtongue had prevented King Theoden from recalling Prince Jed, and he set out to reinforce the prince.

Andrew made a deal with Éomer to save his family, then sent Galacta to the Royal Palace in Éomer’s form to free King Théoden and confront Saruman. Saruman discovered that Andrew had arrived and began preparing stronger Uruk-hai for the coming conflict.

• Andrew showed Éomer visions of his family’s possible deaths and offered to save them in exchange for Éomer’s identity and status, and Éomer accepted.
• Andrew used the Substitution Technique to let Galacta take Éomer’s identity, then sent her with him, Éowyn, and Andrew toward the Royal Palace.
• At the palace, Galacta confronted Grima Wormtongue and Andrew used Dragon’s Might to force the guards and Grima to their knees.
• Andrew fought Saruman’s attack through Galacta, destroying Saruman’s shadow and lightning spells with an Artificial Sun and a beam of light.
• Saruman contacted Sauron through the Palantír, learned that Andrew was the Mechanical Demon King, and was told to prepare his tower and strengthen the Uruk-hai with a potion.

Saruman expanded his Uruk-hai army and prepared to attack Rohan while King Théoden recovered from Saruman’s influence. Andrew, in Smaug’s dragon form, flew with Éowyn to rescue Prince Jed, as Ganahta stayed behind to help Rohan and was assigned to attend the meeting at Rivendell.

• Saruman ordered the Uruk-hai to cut down Fangorn’s trees for fuel and plotted to destroy Rohan with help from nearby enemies.
• King Théoden regained his senses, confronted Gríma, and learned that Ganahta had taken Éomer’s place while the real Éomer remained away.
• After learning Prince Jed was in danger, Théoden asked Ganahta to save him, and Andrew flew off with Éowyn in Smaug’s form.
• Théoden learned that Smaug had returned and that Rivendell had sent word about the One Ring; Ganahta said he would attend the gathering.
• Gríma revealed Saruman’s plans and Uruk-hai army, so Théoden ordered Éomer to go to Rivendell and ask Gandalf for help.

Andrew rescued Prince Jed from Saruman’s army at the Isen River Ford and brought him back to King Théoden. As Andrew prepared to leave for Rivendell, Éowyn agreed to become his servant in exchange for power to protect Rohan.

• Andrew arrived at the Isen River Ford as a Fire Dragon and burned through Saruman’s forces while Prince Jed led Rohan’s cavalry in a counterattack.
• After the enemy army collapsed, Andrew brought Éowyn and Prince Jed back to the Royal Palace, where King Théoden reunited with his son.
• Andrew urged Prince Jed to return to the ford with reinforcements, and Prince Jed agreed to lead the defense against Saruman.
• During the flight back, Andrew offered Éowyn power if she became his servant, and she considered the bargain to protect her kingdom.

• Andrew urged Arwen to consider linking her life to Aragorn’s, then helped Éowyn awaken an Ability that enhanced her body and let her create and modify weapons and armor.
• As the Fellowship prepared to leave, Arwen agreed to Andrew’s offer, and Ganahta cast the Life Chain linking her life to Aragorn’s.
• King Elrond accepted that Arwen and Aragorn were bound together and agreed to reforge Narsil and prepare a guard for her, while insisting Aragorn reclaim the throne of Gondor.

The Fellowship of the Ring traveled toward Moria after Gandalf decided it was safer than crossing the Misty Mountains, while Andrew explained how the One Ring could help defeat Shuma-Gorath. Saruman prepared a mysterious gift for the Balrog, and the group reached Moria’s hidden door, where Gandalf struggled to open it.

• Gandalf agreed to lead the group through Moria after Andrew warned that Saruman could attack them in the Misty Mountains.
• The group traveled toward Moria as Boromir trained the Hobbits and Andrew continued training Éowyn.
• Andrew told Ganahta that his energy was analyzing the One Ring and that destroying it or completing the analysis could severely wound Shuma-Gorath.
• Andrew explained that he planned to weaken Shuma-Gorath’s forces and eliminate Saruman before confronting her.
• Saruman told Shuma-Gorath that he had delivered her mysterious item to the Balrog, which she hoped would reveal Andrew’s true nature.
• The Fellowship reached Moria’s hidden door, but Gandalf failed to open it despite trying every spell he knew.

Andrew and the Fellowship entered Moria after defeating a giant octopus and discovering the password to the magical door. Inside, they found the Dwarves dead and learned that a Balrog might be lurking nearby, just as Pippin’s noise drew danger toward them.

• Andrew ordered Éowyn to lure out the giant octopus, and she fought it with magical armor and a sword before Andrew dragged it from the lake and pinned it to the mountain.
• Andrew praised Éowyn’s courage, then the group grilled and ate the octopus while Gandalf struggled to open the door.
• Andrew said the Elvish word for “friend,” opening the door, and the group packed their supplies and entered Moria.
• Gloin discovered that the mine was covered with corpses, and Gandalf explained that Orcs and Trolls had destroyed Moria and warned the group not to wake the Balrog.
• Pippin knocked a skeleton into a dry well, and Andrew caught a Yaka Arrow that flew toward Pippin’s head.

Ganahta and the others fought their way through Moria and reached the bridge, where they faced a Balrog empowered by a mysterious master. Ganahta battled the Balrog while Gandalf and Éowyn held off its Lesser Balrogs, and the fight continued as the Balrog began to freeze under Ganahta’s attacks.

• Ganahta used Chain Lightning to kill Orc archers as Gandalf led the group through the mine, while Andrew covered their rear with fire attacks.
• Ganahta punched a Troll into a wall, then used Mass Levitation and Illumination to help the group cross the dangerous stone stairs and escape Orc archers.
• The group reached the bridge and found a Balrog waiting for them; it revealed that its master had ordered it to kill Gandalf and had restored its strength.
• Ganahta severed the Balrog’s Flame Whip, then agreed to fight it while Gandalf and Éowyn stayed behind to battle the Lesser Balrogs and Aragorn led the others onward.
• Ganahta froze the Balrog’s hand with an Ice Ray Gun, shattered it with a mechanical Iron Fist, and struck the Balrog repeatedly with rays as it tried to flee.

Andrew merged with Ganahta and used Fate Magic to defeat the Balrog, then replaced the fate in which Gandalf fell with a new one that forced Gandalf to battle it. Ganahta and Andrew left Gandalf behind, and Frodo and the others blamed Ganahta for his apparent death.

• The Balrog escaped Ganahta’s Fate Magic when Shuma-Gorath and Saruman intervened, but Ganahta used Time Reversal to bring it back and showed everyone a vision of Gandalf falling with it.
• Ganahta used Fate Replacement to switch Gandalf and the Balrog’s places, suppress the Balrog’s strength, and expel Shuma-Gorath’s power, leaving Gandalf to fight it as Aragorn led the others away.
• Ganahta challenged Shuma-Gorath, who accepted Andrew’s wager that the winner would claim the world’s treasures and the loser would die.
• Andrew left Ganahta to take the blame for Gandalf’s apparent death, and Gloin confronted her when she emerged from the mine.
• Boromir suggested the One Ring might have influenced Éomer, but Frodo and the other Hobbits insisted that Ganahta’s actions were unforgivable.

Andrew and Ganahta led the Fellowship into the Golden Forest while Gandalf returned as the White Robe Mage and Shuma-Gorath prepared to attack Rohan and Gondor. The Fellowship met Galadriel, where Andrew falsely claimed that dying Gandalf had called her the most important person in his life.

• Ganahta convinced the Fellowship that Gandalf had survived and urged them to continue toward the Golden Forest.
• Gandalf defeated the Balrog, met the Creation God, learned part of the truth about Andrew and Shuma-Gorath, and returned as the White Robe Mage.
• Shuma-Gorath revived the Balrog in magma and ordered Saruman to prepare an attack on Rohan while he targeted Gondor.
• Saruman headed toward Fangorn Forest to find powerful life forms as the Ents gathered to discuss whether to fight him or leave.
