Time was an intangible thing that flowed.
Much of the time, it was like a stream.
If the entire world's River of Time was actually an endless ocean, an infinitely vast expanse of water,
then the time on Purple Dreamland Company's side was a tributary.
A massive tributary that was bound to converge with the time outside.
And once the water in the tributary slowly flowed into the ocean and completed its final merger, could it flow backward again?
The answer was simple—no.
That water had already mixed with the rest of the water in the ocean, becoming something impossible to separate.
Therefore.
As far as this world was concerned, the time within Purple Dreamland Company was not something that could be changed at will.
The time here belonged to a part of the outside world's grand cycle.
Time acceleration, time deceleration... Those sorts of things were one matter.
But situations such as reversing time
could easily affect the time outside.
It was like a tributary trying to forcibly draw out the water that originally belonged to it from the ocean, while also trying to reclaim all the things it had brought with it, such as algae, microorganisms, and fish... It wanted to take them all back.
One had to understand that many of those things had already entered the bellies of the ocean's countless fish. They had long since become fish excrement, and even that excrement had been broken down by various factors.
Take them back?
How could they be taken back?
Even gutting all those fish would not work.
Those things were long gone.
Gone in every sense of the word.
Therefore.
The matter was not simply a question of whether it could be done.
It was fundamentally impossible.
Of course.
This was merely a simple analogy.
