Background / History

Lan Yan first appears during a Statistics Department clash with the Anti-Light Rebels. He abruptly intervenes in Li Shijie and Kui Zhao's duel, dislocates Li Shijie's wrist, blocks gunfire with a wall of rainwater, and traps Li Shijie in a Water Prison that drowns him on dry ground 7.
