  • Ji Jue flew the empty bomber toward the Presidential Residence under the White King’s name, while his allies escaped with the missing Fusion Bomb.
  • The Empire and Federation imposed martial law and searched Tower City, and Celestial Origin’s inspections exposed disguised Wolf Fiends and the Great Evil White Hall beneath the Wilderness.
Chapters 582–606 Vol. 6 Read

Ch. 582Nine Forms, Part Three

Ji Jue forged Zhanlu by fusing the Five Metals’ Essences and the Essence of the Sun with his own Metal Heart, then survived its first activation and tested its destructive power. He ended the chapter with Zhanlu completed as a semi-finished, unorthodox creation whose true path required Bind and Restrain Calamity and Inner Thunder Pool.

  • Ji Jue gathered the Essences of the Five Metals and the Sun, then used his Metal Heart as the vessel for forging Zhanlu.
  • Ji Jue fused Zhanlu’s Spirit Essence with his heart, drawing on Spirit Essence and metal to make the heart withstand the transformation.
  • Ji Jue connected the new heart to his body, survived its initial surge by releasing the power, and repaired and reinforced his mechanical form.
  • Ji Jue tested Zhanlu by firing Electric Light through his finger and unleashing Rocket Fist against targets in the Workshop.
  • Ji Jue blamed the Little Cow and Horse for the wrecked Workshop and made it clean up while he inspected Zhanlu.
  • Ji Jue recognized Zhanlu as his third Nine Types Creation, but concluded it remained an unorthodox semi-finished product because it lacked Bind and Restrain Calamity and Inner Thunder Pool.

Ch. 583Calamity and Tribulation

Ji Jue used the Natural Disaster-like power of his Sin Corruption form to transform Zhanlu’s spirit essence into a Thunder Pool, then searched for smaller disasters to feed it. Instead, he discovered a mass of approaching calamities as the fused typhoon White Deer began bearing down on Tower City.

  • Ji Jue revealed his Sin Corruption form and found that its chaotic power corroded materials and erased the consciousness of ensouled creations.
  • Ji Jue pulled a wisp of calamity from the hole in his chest and fed it into Zhanlu’s heart, which absorbed electricity and transformed its spirit essence into a destructive violet lightning.
  • Ji Jue tested Zhanlu’s new power, accidentally dissolving a wide area of the workshop and alarming Little Cow and Horse.
  • Ji Jue used the Containing Form Mirror to search for manageable Natural Disasters and discovered overwhelming tribulation aura and numerous approaching storms around Central Earth.
  • The Federation warned that Typhoon Coral and Typhoon Jianpeng had fused into the powerful Typhoon White Deer, which was projected to make landfall in Tower City that night.
  • Torrential rain began pouring over Tower City as the catastrophe approached.

Ch. 584A Wisp of Aftermath

As a typhoon stirred strange forces across Central Earth, the dam north of Tower City burst and sent floodwaters toward the Slums while authorities sealed off the prosperous district. Ji Jue agreed to help Elder Longge evacuate the church’s children and disabled residents, and dispatched trucks from the factory; they reached the overcrowded church.

  • Ji Jue noticed the Horde and Embers growing unusually active during the storm and suspected White Deer’s Aura had appeared.
  • The dam north of Tower City collapsed, sending a Turbid Flow toward the Slums while officials and armed forces excluded most residents from the protected urban district.
  • Elder Longge asked Ji Jue to open the factory grounds and help evacuate the homeless children and people with impaired limbs from the church.
  • Ji Jue sent Yan Fei to work and activated a convoy of trucks to transport the church’s residents and supplies.
  • The trucks crossed the flooded streets and arrived at the overcrowded church in just over ten minutes.

Ch. 585Ten Thousand Zhangs of Torrent

As Tower City flooded, Yan Fei and Ji Jue organized the evacuation of the church, hospital patients, and other survivors to Coast Industry’s factory. After sheltering the refugees, Ji Jue set out to search for a woman’s son, who had been trapped in a drug factory.

  • Yan Fei used a Riot Cat and gunfire to control the panicked crowd while church members loaded children onto the first trucks.
  • Ji Jue’s borrowed trucks evacuated hospital patients, doctors, medicines, and finally Elder Longge and the church members to Coast Industry’s factory.
  • Ji Jue offered shelter and supplies to the Church, and Longge agreed to let it sell Coast Industry’s prosthetic exoskeletons for income.
  • A man arriving with the final evacuees learned that his loved one had died, while a woman begged Longge for help finding her son, who had been imprisoned in a drug factory.
  • Ji Jue learned the woman’s son might still be trapped in the factory and went to search for him.

Ch. 586Tears and Light

As floods and a typhoon devastated the Slums, Ji Jue struggled to rescue survivors and found that Jiachujia had died. Tong Shan unleashed his Disaster Prevention Book to shield the district from the storm, and a mysterious purple lightning joined him after calamity beasts attacked.

  • Ji Jue reached the burning factory, learned from the bloodied bearded man that Jiachujia was dead, and let him leave with the rescued victims.
  • Ji Jue used Little Cow and Horse to carry survivors to higher ground, but many distrusted him, and he could not save everyone.
  • Jiagongzhu threatened Ji Jue, who supported the collapsing ruins, gave him medicine, and urged him to flee with his family.
  • Ji Jue found a girl clutching her dead mother's severed hand and continued through the flood as the Slums descended into violence and destruction.
  • After the White Deer Typhoon accelerated and the dam breach worsened, Tong Shan unfolded his Disaster Prevention Book and redirected the flood and wind away from the Slums.
  • Calamity beasts engulfed Tong Shan, but purple lightning incinerated them; Tong Shan welcomed it and charged into the calamity with his sword.

Ch. 587The Calamity Imposed

Tong Shan used his Realm of Encirclement to divert Typhoon 'White Deer' away from Tower City while Ji Jue’s Zhanlu Spirit Essence fed on disaster beasts and underwent Metamorphosis. After the storm’s eye turned toward Tower City and a peak-[Absolute] calamity beast emerged, someone at the Federation Garrison Base in Far Mountain Port reached out a hand.

  • Tong Shan invoked [Great Overcoming of Wind and Marsh] to amplify and steer the storm and floods away from Tower City, bearing the pressure himself.
  • Ji Jue sent Zhanlu into the storm, where it devoured disaster beasts and lightning before returning to him with enough calamity essence to trigger its first Metamorphosis.
  • Zhanlu emerged in a concealed, sharper form and resumed hunting while Tong Shan’s Realm of Encirclement held through the night.
  • Ji Jue noticed Typhoon 'White Deer' had not moved and saw its eye turning toward Tower City.
  • A giant spider-legged, whale-like calamity beast emerged from the storm and shattered Tong Shan’s Realm of Encirclement.
  • As the newly born peak-[Absolute] calamity beast cried out, someone at the Federation Garrison Base in Far Mountain Port reached out a hand.

Ch. 588What Cause for Worry?

Fan Yun and Duke Pasarela destroyed the disaster beast while Tong Shan collapsed from exhaustion and was confronted by Jin Wuyan, whom Ji Jue drove away. As Ji Jue suspected the Federation and Empire had engineered the disaster and used Central Earth as a dumping ground, the chapter ended with a camp leader confronting Xie Heli for teaching children to blame them.

  • Fan Yun crushed the disaster beast from afar, and Duke Pasarela annihilated it with a beam, ending the typhoon.
  • Fan Yun praised his subordinates and ordered Tong Shan and a coastal contributor added to the commendation list.
  • Tong Shan collapsed at Ji Jue's building, where Jin Wuyan mocked him until Ji Jue intervened and forced Jin Wuyan to leave.
  • Ji Jue treated Tong Shan, who explained that he had acted to save lives despite the costs and his colleagues' hostility.
  • Ji Jue suspected the Federation and Empire had deliberately caused disasters and treated Central Earth as a spillway for their harms.
  • A camp leader returned and angrily ordered Xie Heli to stop telling children that the Federation and Empire were responsible for their suffering.

Ch. 589'Hope' and 'Future'

Inverse Scale warned the children against Xie Heli’s promises of reclaiming White State, then told them to seek their own hope and future. As the flood disaster worsened conditions around Tower City, Ji Jue supported relief efforts and Riot Cat sales surged, until a Riot Cat detected the Plague of the Fly King and Ji Jue received a warning that the wolf was coming.

  • Inverse Scale attacked Xie Heli, rejected his claims about reclaiming White State, and sent him away before telling the children to find their own hope and future.
  • After the disaster beast’s death, bloody floodwaters and the ruined Slums left refugees facing hunger, violence, and scavengers.
  • Ji Jue spoke with Elder Longge about stolen relief supplies and promised additional aid from New Spring.
  • Ji Jue maintained the Coast Factory Area as a shelter for refugees while attacks and security fears escalated across Tower City.
  • Demand for Tide Sound Military Industry’s police Riot Cat surged as patrols sought protection from rising violence.
  • A Riot Cat detected traces of the Plague of the Fly King at a mass murder scene, and Ji Jue received the message, “The wolf is coming.”

Ch. 590The Wolf's Temptation

Ji Jue investigated a family’s murder and traced the killer’s wolf-like spiritual residue to the Empire Garrison Base. While disguised as a fruit seller outside the base, he recognized Tang Qian and approached him.

  • Ji Jue used mechanical spiders to reconstruct the scene of a family’s murder and found evidence that the killer had eaten the victims.
  • Ji Jue identified the killer’s residue as a wolf’s and compared it with traces from earlier false alarms across Tower City.
  • Ji Jue traced the matching traces to Nearshore Port and concluded that the wolf was hiding inside the Empire Garrison Base.
  • Ji Jue disguised himself as an old fruit seller and watched the base, worrying that his identity and abilities made entry impossible.
  • Tang Qian called the disguised Ji Jue over to buy fruit, and Ji Jue recognized him as a familiar member of The Horde.

Ch. 591Overbearing Outsourcing, Forced Love

Tang Qian ran into Ji Jue while working near the Empire Garrison Base and agreed to help him find an unknown person in exchange for a large payment. When Tang Qian discovered Ji Jue had paid him in genuine imperial ritual coins, Fourth Grand Uncle feared something had happened to the imperial dynasty.

  • Tang Qian recognized Ji Jue, fled his temp job, and hid in Ji Jue's truck, where Ji Jue caught him and bribed him with gold coins.
  • Tang Qian accepted Ji Jue as his employer but balked when Ji Jue suggested assassinating powerful figures, including Fan Yun and Pasarela.
  • Ji Jue told Tang Qian to find someone whose gender and age he did not know, and Tang Qian demanded more money before agreeing.
  • Ji Jue paid Tang Qian with unfamiliar coins, and Tang Qian asked Fourth Grand Uncle to identify them.
  • Fourth Grand Uncle recognized the coins as genuine tribute offerings from Ancient Beginning Temple and feared that something had happened to the imperial dynasty.

Ch. 592Secret Infiltration Investigator

Ji Jue sent Tang Qian into the Empire Garrison Base with a lighter that could track Target Wolf, and Tang Qian passed the security checks. The lighter pointed toward a female pilot, whom Ji Jue recognized as the wolf.

  • Fourth Grand Uncle decided that Tang Qian’s family should support Ji Jue after realizing his gold coins carried the Eternal Dynasty’s Heavenly Mandate, and he urged Tang Qian to honor their new arrangement.
  • Ji Jue gave Tang Qian an ordinary lighter and sent him to enter the Empire Garrison Base while keeping in touch through a hacked music app.
  • Tang Qian passed the security gate and joined the crowded mess hall, where he followed Ji Jue’s instructions to light a cigarette and watch the flame.
  • The flame pointed toward a group of female pilots before going out, and Tang Qian noticed that it would not light again.
  • Ji Jue examined the footage Tang Qian had sent and identified one of the female pilots as Target Wolf.

Ch. 593Make Old Tang Suffer a Little

Ji Jue identified a promising Imperial bomber pilot as a possible wolf in disguise and recruited Tang Qian to investigate her by infiltrating the base as a maintenance worker. Tang Qian reluctantly carried out Ji Jue’s plan, while Ji Jue explained how he had exploited the maintenance contractor’s systems rather than the base’s guarded control network.

  • Ji Jue researched Lieutenant Colonel Erica and considered whether she might be a wolf who had consumed and impersonated someone.
  • Ji Jue kept his distance from Erica and enlisted Tang Qian to uncover dirt on a rival military-industrial complex.
  • Fourth Grand Uncle volunteered the Tang Family’s help, despite Tang Qian’s protests.
  • Ji Jue told Tang Qian to use a toolbox, work uniform, and ladder to move around the base unnoticed.
  • Tang Qian followed the plan, knocked out a maintenance worker, and changed into his uniform.
  • Ji Jue explained that he had arranged the infiltration through the outsourced maintenance company rather than hacking the base’s master control system.

Ch. 594Make Old Tang Suffer a Little More

Tang Qian disguised himself as a maintenance worker to enter Lieutenant Colonel Erica’s room, but Erica transformed into a wolf beast and ate him. Ji Jue’s trap activated inside the beast, and Tang Qian returned through Inheritance Sacrifice to fight back.

  • Tang Qian sacrificed his Chosen One abilities, appearance, and part of his lifespan to disguise himself as an ordinary repair worker.
  • Ji Jue arranged a power outage and entry authorization so Tang Qian could enter Erica’s room and plant a camera.
  • Tang Qian realized he had no camera and tried to leave, but Erica closed the door and attacked him in her monstrous wolf form.
  • Erica swallowed Tang Qian, triggering an explosive lighter that released mercury vapor and sealed the room with Solid Alchemy.
  • Tang Qian returned through Inheritance Sacrifice, pulled a Battle Axe Halberd from the Four-Dimensional Anus, and accused Erica of betraying the promised relationship beyond friendship.

Ch. 595Beast in a Cage

Tang Qian and the others trapped and weakened the wolf beast at the Empire Garrison Base, then Ji Jue arrived and captured it before taking it away. The wolf woke bound inside a secret rite and heard an unseen captor praise its qualities.

  • Tang Qian fought the wolf beast, enduring its attacks through rapid regeneration as it tried to flee and expose the battle.
  • Tang Qian summoned Third Great-Grandma and used a chain to restrain the wolf and suppress its Spiritual Substance.
  • Ji Jue arrived through a silver vortex and used Disintegration Art · Scene Tremor to shatter the wolf's defenses and take control of its body.
  • Ji Jue sealed the wolf in mercury and vanished with it, leaving Tang Qian behind at the base.
  • The wolf awoke in darkness, nailed to the floor and bound by a Secret Rite traced in its blood, as an unseen voice praised its qualities.

Ch. 596Abandon Darkness and Turn to Light

Ji Jue impersonated the Evil Transformation Cult’s Sacrificial Master Saint to interrogate Kelbasu about Xie Heli’s plans. After learning Xie Heli sought to resurrect the dead White King, Ji Jue exposed his disguise and sent Kelbasu to follow Lu Changsheng.

  • Kelbasu mistook Ji Jue’s flame-shadow disguise for Lu Changsheng and professed loyalty to the Evil Transformation Cult’s Saint.
  • Ji Jue threatened Kelbasu with the Fire of Feiming until Kelbasu revealed that Xie Heli sought the White King’s remains and planned to resurrect him.
  • Kelbasu explained that the White King had died but could potentially return through a Wolf Blood Oath rooted throughout the White State and a hidden Rift World containing his body.
  • Kelbasu offered to help Ji Jue destroy the Wolf Nest and disclosed his information about the wolves and their gathering places.
  • Ji Jue told Kelbasu to follow Lu Changsheng, then revealed his true face and engulfed Kelbasu in black flames.

Ch. 597Let the Empire Suffer a Little

Ji Jue refined Kelbasu into a wolf-like follower, then decided to exploit the Empire’s Fusion Bomb and stir up trouble in Tower City. Meanwhile, Missy rescued Tang Qian from the wrecked dormitory using the Mercury Cube, and Ji Jue enlisted Fourth Grand Uncle for an undisclosed task.

  • Ji Jue used the Great Evil's Secret Rite and Black Flame to assimilate Kelbasu, then inserted a Creation Spirit into the empty shell, causing the wolf-like follower to meow like a cat.
  • Ji Jue decided to use Kelbasu’s infiltration as a chance to take a Fusion Bomb for White State and make the Empire suffer.
  • The dormitory manager came to investigate the damaged room, but Missy appeared as Erica and persuaded him to leave.
  • Missy restored the room with a flick of her finger and revealed the Mercury Cube’s power to Tang Qian.
  • Ji Jue, wearing Missy’s identity, stopped Tang Qian from leaving and asked whether his Inheritance Sacrifice could hold anything.

Ch. 598Let the Ancestral Founders suffer a bit

Tang Qian argued with Fourth Grand Uncle about whether to keep drifting through life, then joined Ji Jue to transport a mountain of cargo using his inheritance. Meanwhile, Xie Heli sensed a threat near the Garrison Base and withdrew just before an explosion erupted there, as the base detected an unidentified drone.

  • Tang Qian resisted Fourth Grand Uncle’s advice to make a decision, and Fourth Grand Uncle ended their call after telling him to endure the consequences if he could not let go.
  • Tang Qian went to Ji Jue, borrowed Pan Ying, and used his inheritance to carry as much of Ji Jue’s cargo as he could manage.
  • Xie Heli suspected Kelbasu was weakening their blood pact and considered killing him, but sensed malice aimed at himself near the Garrison Base and turned away.
  • A streak of fire passed overhead, then an explosion burst from the Garrison Base and sent a shockwave across the Wilderness toward Tower City.
  • The Garrison Base raised a radar alarm and prepared its defenses before identifying the approaching object as an unmarked, makeshift drone.

Ch. 599A Little Bit of Suffering for the Great Creation

Ji Jue blew up Great Creation’s crude oil processing plant, triggering a base emergency and a series of explosions inside the Empire Garrison Base. As the damage escalated, Duke Pasarela woke to the alerts and suspected the Federation had declared war.

  • The colonel ordered an investigation after a drone was shot down, but an earthquake and emergency alarm interrupted him.
  • Ji Jue told Tang Qian he had blown up Great Creation’s crude oil processing plant, setting off explosions that spread toward the port and plunged Tower City into panic.
  • The Empire Garrison Base mobilized its personnel and launched its Airships, while Erica was ordered to fly despite being a Bat Spray pilot.
  • A reconnaissance aircraft exploded on the runway, causing further blasts inside the base and escalating the emergency to wartime status.
  • A disguised attacker revived in an ambulance, drained the doctor, and knocked the nurse unconscious.
  • Duke Pasarela reviewed the alerts and wondered whether the Federation had declared war.

Ch. 600Let Pasarela Suffer a Little

Pasarela mistook the chaos at the base for an assassination plot by Nirvana and locked down the installation, while an unseen intruder slipped past its defenses. As misleading news and a Level Seven Alarm sent the base and Federation toward a crisis, Pasarela discovered that the Deterrence Mechanism had been activated without her orders.

  • Pasarela retreated to the bunker, activated the base’s defenses, and declared a Level Seven alert, convinced Nirvana was trying to lure her out and kill her.
  • An unseen shadow passed through the base’s defenses as sensational news reports threw the personnel into confusion.
  • Pasarela ordered the base to hold steady while sentries fired, drones deployed, and aircraft and troops prepared for combat.
  • Fan Yun called Pasarela and accused her of activating the Deterrence Mechanism after she sounded the Level Seven Alarm.
  • Pasarela realized she had not authorized the Deterrence Mechanism and demanded to know who had activated it.

Ch. 601Let Pasarela Suffer a Little More

Pasarela ordered the Empire to intercept the stolen Vengeance Bomber, Revenge, after it circled the base and taunted them. Meanwhile, Wolf’s team infiltrated another hangar, neutralized its crew, and began their operation on a second bomber.

  • The Heavenly Origin Law revealed that the Revenge had vanished from Hangar Zero, and Pasarela discovered that the hangar’s crew records had been destroyed.
  • Pasarela ordered the Empire to locate the Revenge, check its armaments, and deploy aerial units to shoot it down.
  • The Empire found the Revenge circling the base and joining a reconnaissance formation, where it performed maneuvers that provoked Pasarela into ordering an immediate attack.
  • An ambulance carrying the disguised Watson passed through the base and brought him to another hangar, where he handed the pilot a toolbox.
  • The toolbox exploded, and Wolf used the ensuing Secret Rite and anesthetic rounds to incapacitate the pilot and everyone else in the hangar.

Ch. 602Let the Armaments Department Suffer a Little

Ji Jue and Tang Qian infiltrated the Empire Garrison Base amid a staged bomber crisis and posed as a commissioner and his driver to reach the classified armory. They confirmed the Fusion Bombs were decoys, but the guard discovered the deception only as someone struck him unconscious.

  • Ji Jue stole a Revenge bomber, corrupted the hangar records, and let the base believe it might carry a Fusion Bomb.
  • Tang Qian replaced a driver and helped Ji Jue’s accomplice abduct an agent, then drove the disguised group to the Equipment Department.
  • Ji Jue impersonated a commissioner, threatened the lieutenant colonel on duty, and entered the underground armory with Old Tang.
  • The commissioner reassured the armory guard and gained access to the Fusion Bomb storage room.
  • The guard saw all four warheads in place, but the commissioner recognized that they were fake, and the guard was struck unconscious from behind.

Ch. 603Let the Confidentiality Bureau Suffer a Bit

Ji Jue and Old Tang incapacitated the vault guard, stole the weapons and Fusion Bomb, and covered up their tracks before raising the alarm and blaming the Armaments Department. Pasarela ordered the bomber taken down at any cost and threatened the Confidentiality Bureau if the bomb detonated in Tower City.

  • Old Tang seized control of the archive systems as Ji Jue, using White Deer’s wolf body, overwhelmed the guard and left him barely alive.
  • Ji Jue urged Old Tang to absorb the Fusion Bomb and other valuable goods, then erased traces of their theft from the vault.
  • Ji Jue sounded the alarm, and the commissioner sealed the armory and reported the missing weapons and Fusion Bomb to Pasarela.
  • Reports of the refinery explosion, base attack, Deterrence Mechanism failure, Revenge’s departure, and missing bomb overwhelmed the bunker command center.
  • Pasarela ordered his forces to bring down the bomber and threatened Doletonville and the Confidentiality Bureau if the Fusion Bomb went off in Tower City.

Ch. 604Let Everyone Suffer a Bit

Ji Jue piloted the Revenge through the Empire’s defenses and plunged toward the White State Provisional Government’s Presidential Residence, apparently threatening a catastrophic attack. The Empire stopped the bomber, but the launch racks were empty of Fusion Bombs, leaving the stunned command room to face the unexplained disappearance of its weapons.

  • The Revenge evaded the Empire’s aircraft and Armored Knights while Tang Qian watched from a small boat at sea.
  • Ji Jue arrived in the Revenge’s cockpit, saw the bomber nearing its limits, and drove it toward the Presidential Residence while declaring, “By the White King's witness, the White State is eternal!!!”
  • The Empire’s fifth-generation Powered Armor prototype pierced the cockpit with a spear, and Formless Power stopped the falling bomber.
  • The figure impaled in the cockpit died under the backlash of the Wolf Pack Blood Oath and disintegrated, revealing that the pilot had been a disguised beast.
  • The Empire’s command room saw that the Revenge’s launch racks were empty of Fusion Bombs, and the head of armaments silently broke down.
  • Earth Warden Bulwark Ellis arrived ready to fight, but found the people around him numb and wondered whether he had come too late.

Ch. 605Bitterness Comes

After the Empire discovered that a Fusion Bomb had been stolen from the Tower City garrison base, Doletonville seized control of the investigation and launched a brutal purge and citywide search. As the Empire and Federations scrambled to find the bomb, Celestial Origin’s heavenly eye opened over Tower City, while Ji Jue watched from an unfinished building.

  • Ellis learned that the Fusion Bomb was missing, abandoned Pasarela and the base, and hurriedly left by airship.
  • The Senate stripped Pasarela of power, placed Doletonville in charge, and ordered the Empire’s forces to recover the bomb at any cost.
  • Investigators found evidence of a disguised wolf and identified Rotten Scales Xie Heli as a likely participant in the attack and theft.
  • Doletonville ordered the execution of negligent officers and imposed martial law, mass searches, and interrogations across Tower City.
  • Fan Yun and the Federations panicked after learning that the Empire had lost a Fusion Bomb, and suspects across the city were rounded up.
  • Celestial Origin opened a vast heavenly eye over Tower City to search it, and Ji Jue applauded from the unfinished Coast Industry building.

Ch. 606A Mountain Still Has a Higher Mountain

Aether's Insight exposed countless Chosen Ones, Fiendified Ones, and hidden powers throughout Tower City, prompting a crackdown that captured the Seven Hands branch of the Evil Transformation Cult. Ji Jue revealed his Workshop and its formidable contents during the inspection, but the Empire's far greater second sweep exposed Wolf Fiends and a Celestial Being-level Great Evil called White Hall in the Wilderness.

  • Aether's Insight stripped away disguises across Tower City, revealing a vast population of Chosen Ones and Fiendified Ones, including several Heavenly Beings.
  • The Empire and Federation exposed and captured the Seven Hands branch of the Evil Transformation Cult after it tried to escape its hideout in the Slums.
  • When Aether's Insight examined Ji Jue, he opened his Workshop and displayed its structure, stored creations, and the Blessed Creations Pan Ying, Chun Jun, and Zhanlu.
  • The first sweep ended after the giant eye searched Tower City, but the Empire launched a much stronger second inspection using the Realm of Universal Illumination.
  • The second sweep burned away the disguises of Wolf Fiends in the city and exposed a powerful presence beneath the Wilderness: the Great Evil White Hall.
