Then, right in front of everyone, he started jumping and dancing. "Go! Go! Kingdom Army, go! Go! Go! Rebel Army, go! Two little bees, flying through the flowers! One, two, three, four, five! You're all a bunch of idiots!"

Chen Fan's voice rang out over the entire capital. Below, everyone who had stopped fighting had veins bulging on their foreheads. Fury. Endless fury.

Vivi and Robin laughed. Chen Fan was such a bastard—he was far too good at messing with people. Yet because of that, the people below, whose eyes had been red with rage, had stopped. Slaughter had clouded their minds. They needed a goal to hold them up, or they would all collapse. At first, the Kingdom Army's goal had been to defend the palace, while the Rebel Army's goal had been to kill the king. The two sides had been in fierce conflict; it was either them or us. Now that their goals had changed and no longer clashed, they could all regain a little clarity.
