Chen Fan traveled to the United Kingdom to negotiate with the Church of England, but a missile attack and political conspiracies pulled him into the conflict. After meeting the Queen and learning of attacks on several factions, he left the royal ball with Laura and went to stay with Kanzaki.

• Chen Fan brought Kazari Hyōka to Teacher Komoe’s apartment, stood by Kanzaki, and learned that Aleister’s media credited him with stopping the Academy City invasion.
• Chen Fan told Laura Stuart that Kanzaki had to remain in Academy City, then arranged negotiations in the United Kingdom with the Roman Orthodox Church and Aleister notified.
• Chen Fan traveled to London with Orsola and Kanzaki, but Church of England fighters attacked their plane with missiles and a nuclear bomb.
• Chen Fan redirected the nuclear bomb toward an aircraft carrier, destroyed it and the attacking forces, then arrived at the Grand Cathedral of St. George to meet Laura.
• Laura invited Chen Fan to Princess Vivian’s birthday ball, and they spent the day together before Spanish Star Sect magicians attacked them at an amusement park.
• Chen Fan defeated the attackers, then accompanied Laura to Buckingham Palace, where the Queen welcomed them and her daughters met him.
• At the Queen’s meeting, Chen Fan revealed he had sent the nuclear bomb back, while the Queen declared him a friend of the United Kingdom and reported further attacks and rising tensions.
• After the Queen asked Chen Fan to support the United Kingdom if war broke out, he left the ball with Laura and went to stay with Kanzaki.

Chen Fan defeated Right Fire and Aleister before fighting Michael and escaping with the surviving life from his world. He arrived powerless in Gen Shima, where Nangong Natsuki took him in and decided to make him her subordinate.

• Chen Fan defeated Right Fire, extracted Sacred Right, and rested after the extraction overwhelmed his eye.
• Chen Fan used his world's power to erase Aleister, and Aiwass warned him that the God-like would seek revenge.
• Chen Fan fought the angels, linked with the Misaka Sisters to gain their power, and killed thousands before Michael arrived.
• Michael destroyed Chen Fan's world, but Chen Fan saved its remaining life and escaped through a spatial gate.
• Chen Fan crashed into Gen Shima, where Nangong Natsuki's security force detained him and she questioned him about his arrival.
• Chen Fan explained that he had fled Michael and redirected the Spatial Interference, then followed Nangong Natsuki to her mansion.
• Aiwass appeared in the mansion's bathroom and struck Chen Fan after he tried to touch her.
• After Chen Fan slept for three days, Nangong Natsuki attacked him with her chains, decided to make him her subordinate, and woke him by flipping his bed.

Chen Fan joined Nangong Natsuki’s Security Force, battled vampires, and took in three prototype girls marked as sacrifices for the Fourth True Ancestor. After enemies attacked Natsuki’s courtyard, Zacharias arranged to invite Chen Fan to the Feast of Blazing Light, while Chen and Natsuki visited the imprisoned Vattra.

• Chen Fan registered with the Security Force under Nangong Natsuki and became known for swiftly defeating criminals across the island.
• Chen Fan learned that captured vampires had lost their familiars, admitted he had taken them to repair his flaws, and gained Natsuki’s promise to suppress the reports.
• Chen Fan found Protos, confronted Vattra and his familiars, defeated the duke, and brought Protos, Toritos, and Tettaltos with him.
• Natsuki explained that the three girls were Night Lords of Blazing Light, prototypes meant to be sacrificed when the Fourth True Ancestor awakened, and Chen Fan vowed to protect them and rescue the other prototypes.
• Natsuki bathed and dressed the girls, while she and Chen Fan bickered about their clothes and her usual Gothic outfits.
• Vampire mercenaries attacked Natsuki’s courtyard, but Chen Fan’s barrier repelled them and he knocked them unconscious.
• Chairman Zacharias ordered Base Body Number Nine to invite Chen Fan to the Feast of Blazing Light, and Chen Fan and Natsuki visited the imprisoned Vattra the next day.

Chen Fan stopped Zacharias from sacrificing the prototypes and defeated the Fourth True Ancestor, then took the vessels into his care. As Himeragi Yukina began monitoring him, the Fourth True Ancestor resurfaced inside Akatsuki Sand, while murders of demons threatened the peace.

• Vattra told Chen Fan that the Lion King Organization was holding the Feast that night, and Chen Fan declared he would free the prototypes.
• Chen Fan crossed into the Old Southeast District, reached Quartz Gate, and refused Zacharias’s demand for the vessels.
• Chen Fan defeated Zacharias’s forces and Familiar Beasts, then fought the Fourth True Ancestor and defeated her without letting her devour the girls.
• Chen Fan saved the Fourth True Ancestor’s original host, took the blank bodies into his care, and learned her soul remained inside Akatsuki Sand.
• The Three Saints sent Himeragi Yukina to monitor Chen Fan, and she confronted him after he caught her following him.
• Chen Fan and Nangong Natsuki investigated murders in which vampires’ familiars had been stolen, while Yukina continued watching Chen Fan.
• The Fourth True Ancestor took over Akatsuki Sand during the full moon, and Chen Fan gave her blood under their truce while promising to separate their souls.
• Akatsuki Sand returned to school with Chen Fan and Himeragi Yukina, who teased him about his interest in Sand.
