Atop a towering mountain peak, the Valley Master of Beast Valley asked the Second Valley Master beside him.
Everything that had happened in the beast-taming arena had been watched by the two of them.

The Second Valley Master stroked his distinctive salt-and-pepper beard again and spoke with some confusion. "Not sure. Let's watch a little longer. Yan Lion's behavior doesn't seem to have been caused by Innate Suppression."
The Valley Master nodded in agreement. "It looks more like the behavior of someone who's done something shameful."
Intrigued smiles appeared on both men's faces as they continued watching the hollow below.
At that moment, the beast-taming arena had fallen into a brief silence.
Everyone was astonished by the Grand Yama Demon Lion's behavior.
They could not understand why its bearing had suddenly changed so drastically.
What puzzled them even more was that, amid this change, they sensed that the Grand Yama Demon Lion seemed somewhat afraid to face Lu Feng directly.
