Background

Zhuang Xingyu was originally an ordinary young man from the Nine Provinces of Earth. He completed school through financial aid and part-time work, then lived independently with few ambitions beyond supporting himself. His habit of confronting anyone who bullied him carried into his next life. 2

He transmigrated to Douluo Continent and awakened his past-life memories while inhabiting the body of an infant of the Pure Yang Sacred Leopard Clan. Rather than treating this as possession, he recognized both lives as a continuous identity. 1

His grandfather had been murdered by Tang Hao and Tang Xiao for a 60,000-year Soul Bone. Combined with his knowledge of the original timeline, this blood feud drove Xingyu to pursue revenge against the Clear Sky Sect, Tang Hao, and Tang San while building an independent power base rather than serving another faction. 1 3
