• Di Jun invited the Prehistoric Era’s great powers to the Heavenly Court banquet and assigned Fuxi, Tai Yi, and Bai Ze to arrange and deliver invitations.

Xuan Qing sent Bai Yu, Qing Qiong, and Nuwa to seek their opportunities, where they met Fuxi and Di Jun before tensions flared between Zhen Yuanzi and Zhunti and Jieyin.

• Zhunti and Jieyin hurried to dig up Mount Fangzhang’s spiritual roots as Di Jun’s main force approached.
• Tai Yi attacked Zhunti and Jieyin, while Bai Yu and Qing Qiong blocked their escape and challenged their attempt to take the roots.
• Di Jun and Nuwa warned that Zhunti and Jieyin could not be killed, so the pair handed over the spiritual roots they had dug up and fled.

• The Twelve Ancestral Witches arrived at Qing Qiu and accused Di Jun of ignoring their demand to withdraw the Demon Clan from Zhou Mountain.
• Zhu Rong revealed that the Witch Clan had killed the demons there and used them as food, enraging Di Jun.
