The Blond Elder was caught in a dilemma at the Black Palace.
There were three rewards, each leading in a different direction, depending on the choice.
That choice would have a major impact on the pace of future development.
"Weren't you supposed to be experts? Come on, share your thoughts!"
He pulled the Minister of Intelligence over, wanting to hear the experts' advice.
Wiping the sweat from his forehead, the Minister of Intelligence was at a loss for words.
It wasn't that he didn't want to speak. It was just that they'd been trying to save money, and the Blond Elder had said something last time.
Most of the experts had already been laid off...
They'd saved money, but efficiency hadn't improved.
But now that things had come to this, he could only grit his teeth and answer.

"The advantage is that it might contain powerful items. The disadvantage is that it'll take time to explore."
"Spartan Warriors are equivalent to two NPCs, plus a bonus mod. With NPCs, there's not much need to explore. The longbow, meanwhile, is a ranged weapon."
"What they should choose depends on Mark and the others!"
It sounded like he'd said a lot, and in fact, he had said a lot.
But it was all nonsense. He hadn't offered any useful advice at all—an absolute classic case of talking in circles.
The Blond Elder nodded, agreeing.
"Indeed. It depends on what Mark and the others think."
Those outside the screen could only provide support, not make the decision.
Looking at the three options, Mark was also troubled.
"This choice is important. It'll affect our future development. Jett, what do you think?"
He passed the decision
