A crisp, grating sound of bones breaking rang out. Borsalino's face twisted as he dodged the longsword, but the cabin door flew open, and Chaos's powerful back kick slammed into his chest.
Borsalino spat blood and turned into a streak of golden light, shooting away as blood sprayed along his path.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!
Chaos's attack wasn't over. All kinds of swords, spears, and blades from the Gate of Babylon shot through the air, converging on Borsalino.
The Chains of Heaven were especially dangerous. If even one chain caught him, countless more would follow. At that point, Borsalino would be like a crab in a pot, and Chaos could shape him however he pleased.
The Goddess of the Heavens wasn't standing idly by, either. She transformed into a solemn, majestic Thousand-Armed Guanyin, her countless hands brimming with murderous intent. Whether sweeping sideways or grabbing, every strike was devastating.
This wasn't a one-on-one fight. Chaos was ganging up on Borsalino.
Cling, clang~
The clash of metal rang through the sky. A lightsaber appeared in Borsalino's hand as he fled at high speed, knocking away the swords, spears, and Chains of Heaven that came at him.
He could tell that these attacks were steadily shrinking the space he had to move.
He'd let his guard down.
"Web of Heaven!"
At Chaos's command, the Goddess of the Heavens, still in her Thousand-Armed Guanyin form, exploded into countless Chains of Heaven. They linked up with the chains formed from the other swords and spears, rapidly sealing off the sky in an attempt to trap Borsalino completely.
This is bad!
Watching the cage steadily close around him, Borsalino's expression changed.
Worst of all, sharp, glinting spikes began jutting from the inside of the Chains of Heaven—and they were even coated in Armament Haki.
