Pepper Potts walked up and looked at Tony Stark, who was staring thoughtfully at the formula. "Mr. Chairman, what are you thinking about?"
"I have an idea," Tony Stark glanced at Pepper Potts.
"Uh-huh?" Pepper Potts raised an eyebrow.
"I'm going to install my intelligent system on a formula race car. I've even thought of a name for it: Super Intelligent Formula." Tony Stark tilted his head, looking smug and expecting Pepper Potts' praise.
"Wow, you're amazing. If you entered the racing or automotive industry, our company's stock would definitely skyrocket. I've even thought of a name for it: Tesla," Pepper Potts said sarcastically and with annoyance.
"Hahaha, as expected of my secretary, you're incredibly smart." Tony Stark chuckled mischievously and put his arm around Pepper Potts' waist.
"Hmph." Pepper Potts broke free from Tony Stark's unwanted advances, pouted, and walked away.
"Hey, aren't you going to say anything?" Tony Stark called out to Pepper Potts, looking at her as she turned back with a speechless expression.
"Be careful when you drive, you're not a professional racer," Pepper Potts said, and before Tony Stark could react, she quickly left.
Pepper Potts' concern made Tony Stark feel happy.
"Honestly, I came here for business, and now I'm out here driving." Pepper Potts ran quickly, not wanting to keep her business partners waiting too long.
Tony Stark sat in the red formula race car seat, his eyes fixed firmly on the track ahead. The roar of the engine filled his ears, and he could feel the spread of speed, an intoxicating thrill arising within him.
The street circuit in Monaco was winding and steep, challenging the driver's skill and reflexes. Tony skillfully manipulated the steering wheel, weaving nimbly between corners and straights, each turn a challenge at the limit.
"Awesome!"
Tony Stark couldn't help but exclaim inwardly.
But suddenly, Tony felt a sharp pain in his chest. He frowned, struggling to resist the intense pain, but the poison spread relentlessly. He knew there was a problem with his arc reactor, the source of his heart's power and his key as Iron Man.
Tony's vision blurred, and he felt his body gradually losing control. The formula race car began to lose balance, and he tried hard to keep it stable, but as the poison spread, his body could no longer support him. Gritting his teeth, he began to steady the steering wheel and then started to slow down.
Just as Tony felt despair, a lightning-fast figure, an electric chain leading the way, swish, with a crackle and pop.
The vehicle was blasted away, sent flying backward.
Tony was thrown from the car, his body tumbling painfully on the ground, blood and dust mingling.
"Oh! Tony!" Pepper Potts, watching from the VIP lounge, cried out anxiously, "Happy, get Tony his armor!"
"Quick!"
"I see it!" Happy Hogan rushed over.
Pepper Potts immediately dialed the police.
Tony Stark dodged Ivan Vanko's attacks with difficulty. His body was already ravaged by poison, his strength waning, but his will now gritted its teeth and held on.
Ivan Vanko's exoskeleton armor made him incredibly powerful. He wielded an electric chain, attacking Tony without mercy. The electric chain whistled through the air with terrifying destructive power, each strike filling the air with the "burnt smell" of electricity.
"Finally found you, Tony Stark, the sole survivor of a thief's lineage. Soon, you will join them."
"In death."
He stared at Tony Stark's disheveled state, a smile on his lips, excitement flashing in his eyes. With every swing of the electric chain, he felt his revenge against the Stark family drawing closer.
But Tony Stark was not defeated by Ivan's attacks. Though severely injured, he relied on his strong will and desire to survive, constantly dodging the fierce assault of the electric chain.
"You."
"Who... who are you?" Tony Stark gasped, looking at Ivan Vanko with his evil smile.
"Tony Stark, you don't need to know who I am. If you really want to know," Ivan Vanko said, bringing down his hand. "Then I am the Grim Reaper." He swung the electric chain, his fierce gaze locked onto Tony Stark. He savagely swung the electric chain, the destructive links whistling through the air.
But Tony Stark, with astonishing agility and reflexes, successfully dodged this attack.
Pressed against the formula race car, Tony's body was a mess. He held his breath, and as Tony dodged, the electric chain left a lightning-like arc in the air. Tony used his agile movements to quickly jump over the engine cover of the formula race car and flip to one side. The electric chain hit the engine cover with a loud crash.
Tony Stark landed, maintaining his balance. The wounds on his body caused him intense pain, but he gritted his teeth, endured the suffering, and focused on confronting Ivan.
"I can't hold on much longer." Tony Stark looked at Ivan Vanko, who was slowly walking towards him, holding the electric chain.
"I originally planned to use a whip, but someone told me that a chain seemed more effective. Now I find that they were right." Seeing Tony Stark's apparent exhaustion, Ivan Vanko could no longer suppress his joy, and his lips curled upwards.
"Die!" Ivan Vanko, stepping forward, raised the electric chain and brought it down.
Bang!
Ivan Vanko was instantly blasted away by the custom portable palm cannon from Tony Stark's palm.
"Tony!" Happy Hogan arrived, panting.
"You're right on time." Tony Stark, gasping for breath, said no more and took the portable briefcase armor from Happy Hogan.
"Transformers: Activate!" Nathan Hawke, watching this scene from the VIP lounge, recalled the words that flashed through his mind when he was young, watching Tony Stark transform on his computer screen.
Tony Stark quickly donned the Iron Man Armor. The suit merged perfectly with his body, granting him immense strength and protection. He felt the power of the armor flow through him, determined to utterly destroy Ivan Vanko's exoskeleton.
"I don't know who you are, but this clown's show is over."
The Iron Man Armor gleamed with metallic luster, each piece of armor shining coldly. Tony's eyes became resolute. He stood on the formula race car, like an unshakeable fortress.
"This!" Ivan Vanko looked at Tony's transformation, anger and fear intertwined in his eyes. He realized his advantage was gone. Facing Iron Man, his exoskeleton armor seemed fragile and vulnerable.
"Time, time." Ivan Vanko muttered subconsciously.
Tony swung his armored fists, carrying immense power, and charged at Ivan. His fists slammed into the exoskeleton armor, emitting a deafening roar.
Ivan was repelled by Tony's attack, his exoskeleton beginning to spark. Ivan Vanko, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth, wore a hateful gaze. Tony gave Ivan no chance to breathe, launching a rapid series of attacks, each punch making the exoskeleton armor more fragile.
Ivan Vanko desperately defended, but the gap in their equipment became apparent. Tony seized the opportunity, activating his rocket boosters and accelerating instantly. He circled behind Ivan with incredible speed, then punched his exoskeleton's back.
With a subsequent tug and a tearing sound, he threw Ivan Vanko aside.
Ivan Vanko, rolling on the ground, struggled to get up. He roared in anger, "Damn it, damn the Stark family."
The police from the Monaco police department finally arrived at the scene. They deployed urgently and subdued Ivan Vanko. Ivan's eyes were filled with fury as he stared at Tony Stark, a smirk on his lips, mocking him brazenly.
"Stark, you think you've won? You think you can get away with it forever?" Ivan's voice carried endless anger and hatred.
Seeing that Tony was ignoring him, Ivan's rage burned even hotter. He struggled, trying to break free from the police's grasp. He glared at Tony through gritted teeth, a mad glint in his eyes.
"You'll pay for what you've done, Stark! You and your entire family will fall into an abyss of destruction!" Ivan's voice was filled with hatred and threats.
"This isn't over!"
Ivan Vanko was taken away.
Meanwhile, Iron Man lay on the track, his fate unknown.
"Die, die, die, die, die..." Nathan Hawke watched with a speechless expression as Justin Hammer excitedly stared at Iron Man, who had fallen on the track, muttering frantically.
Nathan Hawke saw Happy Hogan, saw Pepper Potts, saw the police, saw medical personnel, saw demolition workers...
"Boss, Operation Hedgehog has begun," a security guard, who was actually a member of Umbrella's special forces, said into Nathan Hawke's ear.
"Understood," Nathan Hawke nodded, saying nothing more. Wesker was the overall commander for this operation, and Nathan Hawke trusted him.
"Enemy attack! Enemy attack! Enemy attack!"
Red alarms blared incessantly, and the sound of hurried footsteps was everywhere.
Umbrella Corporation's special forces were engaged in a fierce battle with Hydra. The Hydra soldiers occupied advantageous positions and counterattacked cunningly, making it difficult for the special forces to gain a clear advantage.
The special forces launched precise attacks, coordinating closely, using cover and firepower to suppress the Hydra soldiers. Sephiroth, with calm and sharp tactical command, guided his team members as they weaved between the enemy, searching for openings and weaknesses.
The Hydra soldiers fought back fiercely, forming a tight defense line to resist the special forces' advance. The sound of intense gunfire echoed through the base, explosions erupted continuously, and the battlefield instantly descended into chaos.
The special forces members cooperated closely, exchanging covering fire and providing mutual protection. Sephiroth displayed exceptional command skills, and his marksmanship was accurate, each shot hitting vital enemy points.
However, the enemy's tenacious resistance brought the battle to a stalemate.
"Sir, the enemy has a significant numerical advantage," the adjutant looked at Sephiroth.
Sephiroth calmly considered the situation. He knew a more commanding entrance was needed to change the tide.
