Bibi Dong was already the Pope of Spirit Hall when she accepted Ji Wushuang as her disciple. She personally guided his early development, brought him to the Star Dou Great Forest for his first spirit ring, taught him sword principles despite lacking a Sword Martial Soul, and invested heavily in his future. Her interest in his potential evolved into unusually protective and affectionate treatment. 2 10 11 25

As Pope, she controlled Spirit Hall through decisive appointments, promotions, and discipline. She elevated Ye Lingyuan into the Elder Hall, promoted Yue Guan and Ghostly Charm to the Enshrined Ranks, and later declared Ji Wushuang the Holy Son, her first-in-line successor, and Acting Pope during her seclusion. 38 61 179
