A New S-Rank Rogue Ninja May Appear

Naruto Shazo said, "The identity I want to impersonate is a hidden force of the Senju Clan, a countermeasure the Second Hokage arranged against the Third Hokage. My mission is to prevent Konoha from being destroyed by the Third Hokage."

Star Trek Shazo nodded. "That's a very good idea."

Shinigami Xiazhuo questioned him. "If the Second Hokage had such arrangements, why didn't they intervene when the Konoha White Fang committed suicide, when the Konoha Sannin left, or during Nine-Tails Night?"

Naruto Shazo pondered for a while before answering, "First, I wasn't the Senju shouldering this responsibility before. It was an older, highly decorated ninja, and I don't know how that senior made his judgments."

"Second, whether it was the Konoha White Fang or the Konoha Sannin, they only involved individual ninja in my view. They weren't enough to completely discredit the Third Hokage. I am Konoha's final safeguard. Unless it is the most critical and fatal moment, I will not step forward to stop it."

"Lastly, lastly, the Nine-Tails attack incident..."

Naruto Shazo faltered. He could not think of an explanation for why neither he nor his fictional predecessor had stepped forward at a moment that affected Konoha's very survival.

Star Trek Shazo, experienced in political struggles, said, "Everyone has their own duties. Your responsibility, and that of your predecessor, was not to deal with attacks on that scale. That was the Fourth Hokage's duty."

"The Hokage at the time, Minato Namikaze, completed his mission very well, so there was absolutely no problem with your predecessor not stepping forward."

Naruto Shazo's eyes lit up. "Right. The duty the Second Hokage gave me was not war, but preventing extreme situations like internal conflict within the village or a Hokage betraying the village."

"The destruction of the Uchiha Clan was undeniably a large-scale internal conflict in Konoha, so I had to step forward to prevent the Uchiha from being exterminated and stop Konoha from collapsing."

Marvel Old Cop Shazo, Galactic Federation High Official Shazo, and Demon Xiazhuo exchanged glances, then all nodded in approval of Naruto Shazo's setup.

Next, the Shazos all chimed in, brainstorming every detail and offering their analyses and suggestions.

At last, Naruto Shazo said with satisfaction, "Thank you, everyone. I feel like there are no more problems."

Star Trek Shazo smiled. "Actually, most of what we came up with today is destined to be useless."

Naruto Shazo laughed. "Yeah. The Wood Release Kekkei Genkai is simply too important. The Senju Clan bloodline is the undisputed orthodox lineage in Konoha."

Demon Xiazhuo nodded. "Stopping the Uchiha extermination aligns with the wishes of the vast majority of Konoha Ninja. As long as you make a shocking appearance before them, there will be no problems."

Star Trek Shazo added, "The only people opposing you are the Third Hokage, Uchiha Itachi, Shimura Danzō, Obito Uchiha, and perhaps the Root ninja as well."

"So you cannot let them control you. You need enough Konoha Ninja to see you and witness the Uchiha Clan's miserable state."

"The arson you mentioned before is a good idea. Set a huge fire and let the flames soaring into the sky wake Konoha."

Demon Xiazhuo also offered a suggestion. "Fire alone is not enough. You also need a tremendous sound. I know a very interesting spell that I named Empty Fist. Search through your memories for it later."

Shinigami Xiazhuo suddenly spoke. "Shisui Uchiha. He needs to be used too."

Naruto Shazo was confused. "It is now Year 55 of Konoha. I have met Shisui Uchiha, and he has been thoroughly brainwashed. How can we use him?"

Shinigami Xiazhuo answered, "Shisui Uchiha does not need to do anything. You only need to bring him, alive and with his eyes gouged out, to the scene and let all the Konoha Ninja see the miserable sight of his empty eye sockets. That will be enough."

Demon Xiazhuo laughed. "Makes sense. Hearing that Shisui suffered terribly and seeing his tragic appearance with their own eyes would have completely different impacts on the Konoha Ninja."

"Once they see Shisui Uchiha with his eyes gouged out, who among the Konoha Ninja would not think of Shimura Danzō's sneak attack? Who would not be chilled to the bone?"

"Under such fear, what Konoha Ninja could still trust Shimura Danzō with power? Would they not worry about being ambushed themselves?"

Star Trek Shazo agreed. "I think that after seeing Shisui with his own eyes, even the Third Hokage himself will change his attitude."

Shinigami Xiazhuo asked in surprise, "Would he really?"

Star Trek Shazo said firmly, "Don't let the plot trap your thinking. Think about Orochimaru. The Third Hokage must have known about his human experiments, since he approved the funding."

"Didn't the Third Hokage tacitly allow it all along? It was only after Shimura Danzō led him to personally witness Orochimaru dissecting Konoha Ninja with a knife that he could no longer tolerate it and drove him out."

Naruto Shazo smiled with eager anticipation. "Hehe, everyone makes a lot of sense. Maybe I will get to see both S-Rank rogue ninja Shimura Danzō and S-Rank rogue ninja Uchiha Itachi appear at the same time."

Shimura Danzō truly deserved the title of Pot Kage. Being able to make him pay dearly satisfied every Shazo, and they all burst into hearty laughter.

After everyone finished laughing, Naruto Shazo asked again, "What do you all think? If I want to make my identity believable, what other evidence do I need to prepare?"

Star Trek Shazo immediately stopped him. "Absolutely not. The Wood Release Kekkei Genkai is enough. Do not fabricate anything else."

"The lie you are telling concerns people's hearts. You do not need to consider legal evidence, so do not make things too clear. Hints are enough."

"The Third Hokage, Shimura Danzō, and the Konoha Ninja will speculate and fill in the blanks themselves. That will be enough to convince them."

"From my many years of experience in political struggles, as long as you do not explicitly state your identity, no one can expose you, including Tobirama Senju after being revived through Impure World Reincarnation."

"If he denies your identity, the Konoha Ninja will interpret it as, 'The Second Hokage wants to destroy the Uchiha,' and that would likewise shake Konoha's foundations."

"On the other hand, if you make things too clear, you will be setting up a target for others to attack."

Naruto Shazo thought for a long time, then said with gleaming eyes, "I understand. When it is time to act, make things as big as possible. Once it is done, return to keeping a low profile and never touch power."

Star Trek Shazo narrowed his eyes into slits. "Right! Once Hiruzen Sarutobi kicks the bucket and Konoha's people become accustomed to your existence, no one will ever doubt you again."

Naruto Shazo chuckled. "The Fifth Hokage will not be able to serve for many years either. She will be crippled in the Fourth Shinobi World War. When that time comes..."
