The Battle That Erupted on Earth
Battles that broke out on Earth
On the Thanos' Army's main warship, the command center protrudes from the top of the ship and has a wide-angle viewing window.
Three shadows stood before the observation window, looking down at the blue planet ahead.
They are the other three of Thanos's Black Order: Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidian, and Corvus Glaive.
Wielding the Soul Glaive and clad in a black robe, Corvus Glaive is Thanos's most loyal subordinate and the strongest of the Black Order. Naturally, he became the leader, standing in the center position among the three.
He looked at the blue Earth and said coldly, "Earth, we've finally arrived!"
"Yes, we've finally arrived." Ebony Maw added with a sigh, "The journey has been truly perilous, but we've managed to arrive on time as His Majesty instructed, without being late."
Ebony Maw was a mage who, influenced by the borrowed Gray-White Dimension's magic, became extremely ugly. He was emaciated, with gray hair and grayish-white, aged skin, resembling an old man on his deathbed.
He looked at Earth and said, "His Majesty Thanos is incredibly shrewd. Who could have imagined that His Majesty would use Loki to hide the Mind Stone on such a remote planet?"
"No one would believe that a primitive civilization without even the ability to explore the Universe possesses two Infinity Stones."
The last Obsidian Cull Obsidian, who never uttered a word, but simply watched Earth silently.
Cull Obsidian possesses an enormous size, is somewhat dim-witted, and excels at fighting rather than speaking.
His rank is the lowest among the Black Order. Besides obeying Thanos's orders, he also obeys the orders of Corvus Glaive and Ebony Maw, so he doesn't need to say anything.
Unless— Corvus Glaive or Ebony Maw disobey Thanos's orders and hinder Thanos progress.
However, Cull Obsidian won't say anything then; he'll just swing his Sledgehammer and smash them to death.
Corvus Glaive gave the order, "I'll retrieve the Mind Stone. The Time Stone is yours to both of you. Don't take too long; my master hates waiting."
Cull Obsidian nodded without any objection.
Ebony Maw frowned, and asked hesitantly, "Should we just split up and attack at the same time like this?"
"Although Earth's civilization is weak and primitive, Earthlings are still quite capable fighters. If we're not careful, we might be defeated one by one by these barbaric natives!"
Corvus Glaive coldly replied, "I know this planet certainly has many excellent warriors, but I am not Loki, and his defeat will not happen to me."
Having followed Thanos for many years, Corvus Glaive is a notorious figure in the Universe. As the sharpest blade in the hands of Titan, the Thanos of Death, the number of civilizations destroyed by him is countless.
After thousands of years of war and the destruction of Hundred Plans planets, Corvus Glaive naturally possessed the arrogance of a powerful being. He didn't underestimate Earth; rather, he considered such a low-level civilization utterly unworthy of attention.
Just as humans don't need to pay attention to the ant kingdom.
If it weren't for the need to retrieve the Time Stone, Corvus Glaive would have simply ordered an attack on Earth and unleashed tens of millions of monsters from his warships.
Corvus Glaive ignored everyone else and turned to leave the command room.
He took the magical coordinates given to him by Thanos, boarded a small landing Airship, and landed in Europe to search for the Mind Stone.
After Corvus Glaive left, Ebony Maw retrieved his own magical coordinates, carefully confirmed his location on Earth, and then slowly said, "Cull Obsidian, let's set off too."
"We must follow Thanos's plan to retrieve the Time Stone. We both need to be careful of the powerful beings on this planet; don't let your guard down and die."
Cull Obsidian nodded, silently tightening his grip on the massive weapon in his hand.
Ebony Maw possesses powerful magic, so unlike Corvus Glaive who skips stones in Airship, he breaks through the air layer and enters the atmosphere directly.
The Airship descended in an almost straight line, finally landing precisely in New York.
Ebony Maw opened the Airship's hatch, landing on the ground with Cull Obsidian. Based on the coordinates, he located the building where the Time Stone was situated.
He observed carefully for a long time, then suddenly exclaimed, "Truly worthy of being Thanos the Ancient One, whom even Thanos deeply fears. I couldn't even detect such magic. If it weren't for His Majesty's magical coordinates, I wouldn't have been able to find the Time Stone at all."
"Thank goodness she's dead; the new Sorcerer Supreme is far inferior."
"Yes, I'm no match for the Ancient One." Doctor Strange, Cloak, emerged from the magically concealed New York Sanctum: "But as the Sorcerer Supreme of this era, I will not allow Earth to suffer your destruction."
On the other side of the street, Iron Man Tony Stark suddenly descended from the sky, blocking the two aliens' escape route.
The failure of Ultron Plan did not break Stark's determination to protect Earth; he still secretly deployed a powerful surveillance system in Earth's orbit.
The surveillance system consists of tens of thousands of small spy satellites, thousands of attack satellites, and dozens of large energy satellites, possessing powerful observation and strike capabilities.
Of course, Stark's surveillance system couldn't compare to the Thanos' Army's main warships; he not only discovered them late, but he didn't even dare to launch an attack.
But when the enemy descended upon Earth, Tony Stark immediately donned his Iron Man Armor and confronted them.
Iron Man's instinct is to tease his enemies; it's his way of relieving tension. "Wow, two alien visitors."
"Judging by your ugly appearance, you must be a completely new species. Perhaps I have the right to name you."
Doctor Strange glanced speechlessly at Stark, clearly dissatisfied with this completely unreliable temporary teammate.
On the one hand, they are both intelligent people, one is a magician and the other is a tech tycoon, and their worldviews are almost completely opposite.
Since they have nothing in common and are both intelligent people, it's natural that they can't stand each other.
On the other hand, Strange sensed a tremendous corrupting magic emanating from Ebony Maw, and the tension made his heart race, his emotions so taut they felt they could snap at any moment.
Ebony Maw is certainly not comparable to Dormammu, but he is a life form from the main Universe, Strange's time reset has no effect on him.
Because Ebony Maw will reset along with the world, he has no idea what happened and will only be focused on fighting Strange.
Therefore, they can only rely on their magical strength.
It's understandable that Strange has only been practicing magic for three years, feels immense pressure facing an ancient sorcerer who has lived for countless years.
Ebony Maw glanced at Stark and his Iron Man Armor, then at Strange, and sensed the other's magical energy before chuckling.
Then he arrogantly announced, "Inferior beings of Earth, you should be grateful that the great Thanos has brought glory to this barbaric planet. And you will die—"
"Stop! Stop, stop, stop!" Stark interrupted Ebony Maw, shrugging with obvious annoyance. "Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying."
"But before we can communicate, there are some procedures that need to be completed on Earth."
"First of all, I'm sure you haven't gone through the visa process. According to that law, you'll have to stay in a small single room for a while until I get in touch with your father—"
"Shift! Is that the name? It's too arrogant. I haven't had girls call me that in a long time."
"Let your fathers pay the fines, then we'll extradite you back to outer space. Okay, now pack your bags and come with me."
"Oh, and remember to bring soap. If you don't have any, shower gel will do, otherwise—"
Stark grinned mischievously, "Hehe, otherwise, it'll hurt a lot."
Ebony Maw felt like it was being forcibly fed excrement; it opened its mouth as if trying to vomit something, but nothing came out. The feeling was absolutely terrible.
Stark's foul mouth subdued Ebony Maw in just one minute, completely shattering his pretentious act and filling him with humiliating rage.
Ebony Maw no longer wanted to speak to Stark.
Cull Obsidian nodded seriously. He hated Stark's foul mouth so much that he made an exception and spoke up, "I hate this guy, I'm going to kill him!"
Strange wished he could cover his face with his hands or shove his fist down Stark's throat. That annoying mouth of Stark had made Earthlings lose all face in just one minute.
I really want to kill him.
Ebony Maw looked at Strange and asked, "The guardian of the Time Stone, this talkative creature is the representative of your planet?"
Strange sighed and said regretfully, "No, he is not Earth's representative."
But he means the same thing as me: leave our Earth, you are not welcome here!
Sensing Strange's Politeness and manners, Ebony Maw feigned distress and sighed, "The negotiations have failed—"
"I originally intended to bring peace, but it is truly regrettable that you refuse to accept my goodwill."
"Since you enjoy violence, I have no choice but to change my mind and decide the ownership of the gems according to your methods."
Finally, Ebony Maw dropped his pretense, revealing a cold and cruel smile, "Cull Obsidian, bring me the gem."
Cull Obsidian, who had been waiting impatiently, immediately raised his weapon and strode toward Strange.
Cull Obsidian walked faster and faster, until finally he charged wildly, his massive body moving at an incredible speed, causing the ground to tremble as he quickly reached Strange.
Doctor Strange's hands were already glowing with Kakkō, forming a shield and a sword, as he prepared to attack the enormous creature.
Tony Stark suddenly flew over first, knocking Cull Obsidian away and carrying him off.
"Haha, this alien is mine now. You're better suited to deal with that skinny, wiry monster!"
Iron Man, who loves to show off, naturally has to be the first to fight back when faced with alien invaders.
He failed to secure first blood against the Chitauri, but he's determined not to miss this opportunity.
Moreover, that seemingly thin and weak old man was the leader, and judging from his physique, he was definitely skilled in magic or special abilities, not the type of enemy that Stark was good at dealing with.
So he chose to deal with this big guy who was clearly using technological weapons.
Stark's armor is a Mark 47 with a dark red, gold, and gray color scheme, and it is almost functionally identical to the Mark 46 he wore during the Civil War.
This armor model, which also incorporates new micro-storage technology and blood-seeping edge technology, can be fitted onto cars and airplanes, allowing for full-body wear at the fastest speed.
The biggest improvement is the enhanced built-in melee control system, which makes it more capable in close combat than the previous model.
To be honest, this isn't Stark's latest suit. He's been working on nanotechnology for the Mark 50 for the past year, which is why no new suits have been released.
The Mark 50 has a more resounding name: Bleeding Edge Armor!
This armor is Stark's pride, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as nanotechnology to upgrade the armor to an unimaginably powerful level.
It can be said to be a landmark in the Iron Man Armor, and a crucial step for Stark to break free from the constraints of Earth's technology and step into the realm of legendary technology.
Starting with the Bleeding Edge Armor, Stark quickly developed other magical items in parallel Universe that could not be called armor or suits, such as the Sword in the Stone Armor, the Godkiller Armor Infinity Stones Armor, and even the Celestials Armor.

Even then, the Bleeding Edge Armor remained Stark's favorite and always-on-duty suit.
The biggest difference between the Bleeding Edge Armor and other armors is that the Bleeding Edge Armor is not a real armor at all; it is actually composed of millions of nanobots.
Nanotechnology connects to the nervous system, allowing Stark to transform his armor into anything he desires at will, from ordinary clothing to weapons such as guns, cannons, and shields, and even the high-energy Arc Reactor can be easily altered.
Most importantly, the Bleeding Edge Suit is lightweight enough and has no negative effects, allowing him to completely break free from the limitations of his mediocre strength and finally compete with Universe powerhouses.
Unfortunately, this nanosuit is not yet complete, and many technical problems remain unresolved.
More than a year after the Civil War, Stark was preoccupied with Political Struggle and his keen sense of opportunity was dulled by the peaceful environment, which led to a slowdown in the development of the Mark 50 armor.
It's truly regrettable.
Stark secretly vowed that once this battle was over, he would drop everything and focus on completing the development of the Mark 50.
The most important thing now is to defeat the enemy, capture them, take them hostage, and force that huge warship to retreat.
The Cull Obsidian, thrown back by the impact, didn't fly far before regaining his balance. He planted one foot on the ground, carving a deep trench in the grass and stopping Stark's charge.
As soon as Cull Obsidian landed, he raised his mechanical Scythe, which was as big as a person, high and slammed it down on Stark, forcing him to crouch on the ground.
Boom!
