Seeing Big Morgans like this, Bai Ye had indeed managed to test out a few things.

It seemed the World Government had developed quite a few things over the years. Judging from the current situation, Bai Ye thought of those pirates on the moon.

Those guys seemed to have mastered some kind of technology as well.

They could fly through the air, and even Sky Islands could not possibly have been in the sky from the very beginning.

So, based on the current situation, the World Government had mastered some kind of technology that allowed them to fly into the air.

There really was nothing strange about that.

If anything, it would have been strange if the World Government did not possess such technology.

After all, Sky Islands existed in this world. Could the World Government, which had ruled the world for eight hundred years, really not know about them?!

That was absolutely impossible!

So, after learning the locations of Sky Islands and how to reach them, why had the World Government not made a move against them?!

For one thing, Sky Islands were in the air and had their own unique climates and drawbacks.

For instance, people who went up there would be affected by air pressure.

Then there was the issue of connections between Sky Islands. They were scattered too far apart, making it difficult for one Sky Island to interact with another.

Then there was the matter of resources. Although the resources up there were decent, they were definitely inferior to those on the ground.

The benefit was, of course, expanding territory, but territory in the sky was not easy to govern.

Coupled with the drawbacks mentioned earlier, Sky Islands were, in essence, more trouble than they were worth to the World Government.
