A suit of pure white armor appeared on White Emperor. It encased his entire body without leaving a single gap, even covering his eyes with transparent lenses. He looked just like a turtle tucked inside its shell.

Bai Yang had seen this kind of armor before, back when he was with the Blood Lotus Sect. The members sent to keep an eye on him had worn it.
Usually, the armor consisted of scattered components worn in different places—a wrist guard, a boot, a belt. Once activated, the folded sections extended and joined together, covering the entire body. It was somewhat like "Tony's" exoskeleton armor, only far more thoroughly "advanced."
Clearly, the white armor White Emperor wore was far more sophisticated than the kind Bai Yang had seen with the Blood Lotus Sect. Before, there had been no sign he was wearing armor at all, yet in the blink of an eye, he had transformed in spectacular fashion.
