It was a Dyson Sphere covered in steel. Sixty enormous mechanical structures were evenly distributed across the vast metal planet. Each one was both a stellar main cannon and a Star Engine.
These specially preserved structures would become the engines of the Stellar Titan. In theory, if necessary, the Titan could link several engines together and travel in any direction.
"Big brother, why doesn't this model have any cannons?" Wei Peng asked, puzzled.
Given its immense size and the staggering amount of work required to build it, the Stellar Titan Ship was bound to be an all-purpose vessel. Once commissioned, it would take on many roles at once, including colonization, manufacturing, and agricultural production.
"Because there's this, too." As Lin Zhichen spoke, a brand-new ring-shaped component appeared on the Data Model. It resembled a Ringworld and revolved around the Dyson Sphere in a regular orbit. Strangely, it had no direct connection to the Dyson Sphere, so it could
change its position freely without being constrained by the physical structure.
"Big brother, did you use the design for the new Ankoren-class Titan?" Link said, suddenly understanding. An Ankoren Titan was essentially a space-borne steel fortress, boasting powerful firepower and defenses. Lin Zhichen had improved on that design by adding a ring-shaped physical structure, allowing its energy to be concentrated on any one side at a moment's notice.
"That's right. This design not only improves the Titan Ship's ability to attack from a single direction, but also drastically reduces the amount of construction work." Lin Zhichen explained. Apart from its armor, the surface of a Stellar Titan was packed with cannons. Building those guns and their accompanying power systems accounted for a tenth of the entire warship's construction.
"The ring-shaped structure is a dedicated combat unit, equipped with a total of 180
