"We've already tested it. These dimensional portals can easily accommodate Planet Ships or Battle Stars up to a hundred thousand kilometers in diameter. That's more than enough," Link said with a smile.

"Have you considered how we should use this portal? I think we could combine it with the Space Gate. Then we'd be able to reach extragalactic clusters directly."

The Civilization Relic called the Space Gate was one of the relics the Imperium had acquired in its early days. Basically, it opened a Space Gate at a random location in the universe. It might appear near the Milky Way Galaxy, or in any corner of the cosmos.

The relic had been active for years before Imperial scientists discovered its greatest flaw: the destination was completely random. It might open into empty deep space billions of light-years from anything, inside a blazing star, or even directly into a black hole. It was spectacularly unreliable.

And when it did happen to open somewhere useful, it only stayed open for a few short years. That wasn't enough time to obtain anything of value. It was even less useful after the Imperium had advanced to the level of a Super Civilization.

But if the two Civilization Relics were combined, the Imperium might be able to break through the limits of spacetime distance, leave its home cluster early, and colonize more distant extragalactic clusters.

After discussing it for a while, the Gods turned their attention back to the matter at hand.

Before them lay the High-Dimensional Space-Time where the Tannis River System was located. A pitch-black vortex hung motionless within it, like a black hole that devoured all.

This was where the Dark God had fallen. The area had been under close surveillance ever since. To be safe, the Dawn
