The Star Lords' Calamity
Though Manggu Star Domain lay on the Star Alliance's border, it was not among the main targets of this invasion by the armies of the Divine Realm and Spirit Realm. It was merely on the periphery, along the fringe of their advance.

So Manggu Star Domain, on the edge of the frontier, had also begun to suffer attacks from many enemies: deities of the Divine Realm, Elemental Spirits of the Spirit Realm, Demonic Beasts and Demon Cultivators, the Void Demon Race, and others.

Those five star domains lay closest to the section of the Star Alliance's border breached by the Divine Realm and Spirit Realm armies. Once the enemy forces entered Star Alliance territory, they would spread out and target these domains first.
The star domains beyond those five lay farther from the breached frontier. Even if the enemy armies wanted to push deeper into the Star Alliance and attack other domains, they would first have to break through the defenses of Manggu Star Domain and the four others.
