Ian walked out of the bathroom.
William had already curled back up beneath the covers.
Perhaps he was sending another "telegram" home? Preoccupied with Defence Against the Dark Arts, Ian put on his robes and headed to the Ravenclaw Common Room.

"It's our Little Professor Ian! He'll be teaching us again tonight!"
The first-year Young Wizards were far more enthusiastic toward him than they had been last night. Some even called him Little Professor with overflowing excitement, which made Ian feel much better again.
He remembered the boy who had called him Little Professor. The boy looked very promising, and Ian decided to focus on answering his troubles and questions during tonight's lesson.
"Look! I brewed this Boil-Cure Potion during breakfast. Isn't this intoxicating yellowish-green colour wonderful? One Sickle for tuition was absolutely worth it!"
Not every first-year Young Wizard had paid for lessons last night. One of them held up his work and showed it off everywhere, conveniently giving Ian's Small Class some publicity as well.

This was another good child worthy of extra favour! To be fair, Ian's teaching last night had been the real deal. The improvement it brought the Young Wizards was plainly obvious.
It was not that Snape's teaching quality was lacking. Otherwise, Ian would not have gained such a tremendous boost in Potions Mastery proficiency from Snape's notes.
Many students had failed to fully grasp it yesterday simply because Snape preferred clever students. In class, he would only tell the Young Wizards what result each step needed to achieve.
