Background
Shi Hao was a fostered infant in Stone Village after suffering a grave calamity. His Supreme Bone had been taken, leaving him with a troubled fate but remarkable vitality. Ye Xuan noticed him upon arriving in the village and promised to treat him as a younger brother. 5
He grew up in Stone Village as an energetic child known for drinking beast milk, hunting Fierce Beasts, and carrying a milk jar. Despite his carefree behavior, he developed compassion early: he and Ye Xuan protected Shi Qingfeng and Shi Hao’s great-grandfather from abuse by Yu Clan servants. 23 24 26
Shi Hao later learned the truth behind the stolen Supreme Bone and confronted Shi Yi, the Dual-Pupiled relative who carried it. Ye Xuan refused to settle this karma for him, insisting that Shi Hao personally reclaim his justice. 54 55
Appearance
Shi Hao’s appearance changes markedly as he matures from a Stone Village child into the Desolate Heaven Emperor.
- As a child, he commonly wears beast-hide clothing, carries a milk jar, and keeps a large bundle or Cosmos Pouch filled with food and gathered treasures. 26 54
- Before the Twin Stone Battle, he is described as comparatively plain and unadorned beside his more ostentatious allies. 82
- After receiving the Immortal Ancient ultimate fortune, he appears as a black-haired youth in a neat long robe, with his overwhelming aura restrained beneath an ordinary exterior. 253
- At the peak of the Immortal King Realm, he is often dressed in white and carries the bearing of a supreme expert. 448
Personality
Shi Hao is intensely battle-driven. He actively seeks stronger opponents, sees prolonged combat as a way to temper himself, and repeatedly chooses dangerous trials rather than safe cultivation. 243 280 470
His confidence borders on audacity, as shown when he challenges the Ten-Crowned King, Exiled Immortal, Ning Chuan, and Shi Yi simultaneously. However, his confidence is rooted in a persistent desire to refine himself rather than mere arrogance. 246 247
He remains deeply attached to Stone Village, his family, and those who guided him. He is visibly affected by reunions with his parents and the Willow Deity, while his determination to become stronger is repeatedly tied to protecting or reuniting with those he loves. 99 275 348 355
Shi Hao accepts Ye Xuan’s harsh standards without resentment. When Ye Xuan dismisses his two Immortal Qi as insufficient for true invincibility, Shi Hao humbly asks for further guidance instead of celebrating prematurely. 235 236
