Slughorn seemed to have thought of something. He asked again, "Elsa, may I call you that? If I remember correctly, you also took part in that battle at the Department of Mysteries, didn't you? Is your talent for combat exceptional?"
Elsa honestly shook her head and said softly, "No, my combat talent isn't exceptional. Perhaps they invited me to take part in the operation because my talent and accomplishments in Healing Magic are fairly strong."
Not far away, Irvin smiled and chimed in, "That's right. I'd say that aside from Madam Pomfrey at our school hospital, I've never seen a young witch with such ability in Healing Magic."
Irvin's words piqued Slughorn's curiosity. He leaned forward and asked, "Tell me more."
Astoria let out a light laugh and spoke up. "Among all our companions, Elsa is the only young witch who can cast Healing Magic on us during battle without being disrupted."
Under normal circumstances, wizards needed a quiet environment free from disturbances when using Healing Magic to treat patients. That was also why Madam Pomfrey repeatedly forbade young wizards from making noise in the school hospital.
