Future Simulation

The Simulator presents Qian Renxue with a golden light screen listing simulatable subjects and their possible future identities. Selecting an identity begins a simulation of that life path. Initial subjects included Qian Renxue, Qian Daoliu, and Bibi Dong. 1

• Simulation outcomes are influenced by the selected identity and the target’s favorability toward the host. 1
• Simulations are based on current circumstances; gaining foreknowledge and acting on it can alter later available futures. 5
• It can simulate Qian Renxue’s future, the past or future of related individuals, and eventually Ye Luo’s life. 1 39 97
• The listed identities change as circumstances change, revealing altered possible futures such as Qian Renxue becoming a Fake Emperor, Angel God, or God of Light, and Ye Luo becoming a God Slayer or God of Death and Underworld. 18 129 141
• It may allow a compatible identity’s simulation to continue after another identity’s simulation ends; the Angel God and Fake Emperor identities were judged capable of coexisting. 20

Simulation Display

Initially, simulations appeared primarily as text on a virtual light screen visible only to Qian Renxue. 1 97

• Qian Renxue can press and hold the screen to fast-forward repetitive or unwanted portions of a simulation. 5
• The Simulator occasionally triggered visual scenes before its first upgrade; full scene simulation became available after upgrading. 8 54 55
• After the third upgrade, it could display an entire simulated life as though showing the future of another world. 148
• Ye Luo cannot see the golden light screen, despite being present when Qian Renxue activates it. 97

Reward Extraction

Following its second upgrade, the Simulator began granting rewards after simulations based on simulated achievements. 108

• Possible rewards include knowledge, Martial Souls, Soul Rings, Soul Bones, and other items possessed or acquired in a simulation. 108
• Documented rewards include a Ten Thousand Year Soul Ring, the Lovesick Heartbreak Red, and the Dark Demon Evil God Pearl. 111 137 144
• Qian Renxue and Ye Luo intend to use repeated simulations to acquire cultivation knowledge, resources, and power needed to overcome the God Realm’s restrictions. 117

Dream and Memory Imprinting

After the third upgrade, the Simulator gained the ability to turn a simulated life into a real, vivid dream and memory for a character whose life had changed in that simulation. 148

• The function can potentially influence real-world decisions by allowing a target to experience the consequences of a simulated path. 148
• Ye Luo specifically considered its potential use on Bibi Dong after witnessing the function’s description. 148

Operational History

Qian Renxue received the Simulator while reviewing memorials in the Crown Prince’s Mansion. Its voice announced that she had obtained the Life Simulator, and a virtual screen appeared before her. Her Angel Soul Power could neither affect nor purify it. 1

Her first simulations revealed the possible identities of herself, Qian Daoliu, and Bibi Dong, as well as her own future as the Fake Crown Prince and Angel God. The knowledge gained from these simulations immediately began changing her choices and, in turn, the Simulator’s available futures. 1 5

The Simulator initially refreshed after seven days. Its cooldown later increased to roughly half a month and then a month following later upgrades. 5 74 118

After Qian Renxue built enough trust with Ye Luo and revealed the Simulator’s existence to him, Ye Luo became an available simulation target. His identity options included Commoner Youth, Commoner Soul Master, Blue Silver Earl, God of Life, and God of Life and God of Destruction. 96 97

Limitations

• The Simulator cannot be physically touched or harmed; attempts to strike it pass through the light screen and trigger warnings not to harm it. 1 7
• Its projected light screen is visible to Qian Renxue but not to Ye Luo. 97
• Early simulations were text-based, with only occasional scenes, and could not immediately provide rewards. 8 97
• Simulations require cooldown periods, which became longer as the Simulator advanced. 5 74 118
• Available subjects and identities are not fixed; Ye Luo did not appear as a selectable target until after Qian Renxue’s confession and their increased mutual trust. 35 54 97
• The Simulator’s futures are not immutable predictions: every simulation and the host’s resulting actions can alter the next projected future. 5

Relationships

• Qian Renxue — Host and sole visible user of the Simulator’s light screen. She relies on it to test futures, seek a “perfect ending,” and plan against threats to Martial Soul Hall. 1 20 97
• Ye Luo — Initially absent from the Simulator’s target list; later becomes a major simulatable subject and collaborates with Qian Renxue on using its rewards and future knowledge. 35 97 117
• Qian Daoliu — One of the Simulator’s earliest selectable subjects; Qian Renxue uses it to investigate his past and possible futures. 1 35
