• Qin Mu flew to claim the treasures, but Donghuang Taiyi used the Donghuang Bell to knock him back as Dijun declared them the Demon Race's property.

• Dijiang pledged that the Ancestral Witches would fight alongside Qin Mu against the Demon Race.
• Dijun prepared to attack with the River Diagram and Luo Book, but a Saint’s aura froze the Blood Sea.
• Nuwa Saint arrived above the Blood Sea, and the Demon Race expected her to support them.

Saint Tongtian arrived at the Blood Sea to support Qin Mu and opposed Yuanshi, Nuwa, Jieyin, and Zhunti’s attempt to seize control of the Underworld. He rejected Yuanshi’s offer to share authority, insisting the Underworld belonged to the Interception Sect by Houtu’s agreement with Qin Mu.

• Tongtian descended at the Blood Sea, where Ancestor Minghe, the Ancestral Witches, and Qin Mu welcomed him.
• Tongtian praised Qin Mu and declared that the Interception Sect would govern the Underworld under Houtu’s agreement with Qin Mu.

• Pingxin effortlessly suppressed Zhunti, astonishing the Saints, the Ancestral Witches, Ancestor Minghe, and the Demon Race.

Back in the Underworld, the Ancestral Witches urged Pingxin to return to the Witch Clan after she gave its authority to the Interception Sect.

• Hongjun ordered the Saints to stop interfering in the Underworld, and Yuanshi and the others reluctantly accepted his decree.
• Hongjun warned that the Saints would have perished without his intervention and explained that the Underworld stood beyond the Heavenly Dao’s reach and Pingxin was invincible within it.
• Hongjun decreed that Saints could no longer interfere in the Primordial Wilderness unless a Tribulation of Calamity was underway, then left Zixiao Palace.
• Tongtian left, Jieyin and Zhunti departed together, and Nuwa left after Yuanshi promised to honor his pledge to help her brother Fuxi.
