The situation now somewhat resembled another version of the battle to capture Angron alive. In that battle, Perturabo had used Iron Circle Robots to restrain Angron. But Lu Jin was undoubtedly stronger than Angron, less reckless, and heading straight for him.
The wisest choice was undoubtedly to leave immediately. But after careful consideration, Perturabo made his decision. He would put to use the disrupted plans caused by being located, as well as every arrangement he had made for those plans.
Thus, Perturabo did not leave immediately. Instead, he deployed every creation originally intended for use against Lu Jin, though their assigned role had been to surround and attack, not intercept.
The first to be deployed was a robot called Fate Anchor.
Within Perturabo's helmet display, the robot's data and appearance briefly appeared.
Fate Anchor was a massive combat robot fifteen meters tall, comparable in size to a Lord-class Knight Mech. It was armed with a shield and a Warhammer.
It had been designed to clear out the enormous Daemons within the Eye of Terror, or to clear Knight Mechs from battlefields.
A line of text was marked beside Fate Anchor's three-dimensional model—Sub-Men of Iron.
Only Perturabo himself knew the meaning behind it.
