At last, they reached the end of the mountain range. A vast cliff stood there, so high and long that it blocked every way forward.
In the middle of the cliff was what looked like an entrance made of energy.
"Could the Celestial Palace be divided into separate regions, each connected by an entrance like this?"

"So they cut all the regions off from one another, leaving only one entrance connecting each of them."
"That way, those living in the different regions couldn't secretly join forces."
"So this entrance probably isn't something people can pass through at will."

At Chen Changan's words, Huo Yao was the first to walk over. Sure enough, he couldn't enter.
