• The four family heads revealed their foreign-race ancestry, offered Chen Changan the Red Demon’s right arm guard, and sought his help opening the Ancient Forbidden Land.

Chen Changan uncovered the truth behind Rootless City, gained the Realm Spirits’ Two Poles Power, and brought the Rootless Land into his own space. He then found Sky Dragon Peak and began learning why his father had sent him away and what the Ancient Forbidden Land meant.

• Chen Changan confronted Feng Bubai over the Feng Family’s plot, learned of the Nameless Secret Realm, and sent Yue Zhirou away while preparing for the Ancient Forbidden Land.
• Chen Changan entered the Nameless Secret Realm, hunted Sharp Stone Beasts, met Zhang Feiyun, and found Gou Sheng, the Annihilation Fire his father had left for him.
• Chen Changan used Sharp Stone to strengthen the Red Dust Sword and forge weapons for Mu Yunyao and Su Yihuan before the trio reached Rootless City.

He then brought the Earth Human Race back to the True Realm, where the factions gathered for the Cloud Sea Land resource contest as his arrival drew near.

• Hong Tianlong told Chen Changan that his father had restrained the alien races and directed him to visit the Mu Family, where Chen learned Mu Zhanying was his maternal aunt and Old Master Mu was his grandfather.
• Mu Zhanying recounted Chen Changan’s parents’ history, and Old Master Mu revealed that his father had left the Emperor Pavilion and a stock of High Wine, and Chen drank it to prepare for the coming invasion.
• As hundreds of millions of aliens approached the barrier, Chen Changan reached the Half-step Ancestor Realm, joined Mu Yunyao outside, and wiped out the invading army with the Red Dust Sword.

Chen Changan gathered the Nine Great Races and recovered the Red Demon’s missing pieces while investigating the Ancient Forbidden Land and the false history surrounding it. After finding Yi Tuo, Little Earthworm, and Da Huang and bringing the Ice Spirit Race under his protection, Chen Changan and Mu Yunyao emerged from seclusion as a Square Seal appeared from Chen Changan’s body.

• Chen Changan claimed the Cloud Sea Land for the Imperial Pavilion, forced the gathered factions to yield, and introduced the returning Earth Human Race as its new inhabitants.
• Chen Changan questioned the Earth Human Race and Alien Race accounts of the Ancient Era, then learned from the ancient race leaders that the Nine Great Races had sealed powerful outsiders and their own fighters inside the Ancient Forbidden Land.
• Wen Yuan reached the Ancestral Realm, destroyed the Divine Dragon Dynasty’s palace, and set out to help ordinary people with Gu Minglou and Ming Zhi.

• Chen Changan found the Ice Spirit Race beneath Ice River and agreed to take them with him, while their healing ability offered a way to protect him and his companions.
• Chen Changan reunited with Little Earthworm and Da Huang, learned that an impostor had likely lured them into a trap, and arranged for the Ember Clan and Dragon Race to meet him at the Imperial Pavilion.
• Chen Changan summoned the True Realm’s factions and races to the Imperial Pavilion, then entered seclusion with Mu Yunyao to reach the Pseudo Ancestor Realm as tensions with the Alien Race rose.
