The Land of Grass defeated the Gorosei and Knights of God as White Zetsu’s copies confused the Seraphim and Pacifistas, while Mary Geoise fell and the Celestial Dragons were captured. As a terrifying power gathered overhead, the Grass ninja retreated, leaving sealed Black Zetsu behind until a mysterious figure appeared and he recognized her as his mother.

• White Zetsu’s copies confused the Seraphim and Pacifistas, causing them to attack the Gorosei while the Land of Grass’s fighters overwhelmed their opponents.
• A monitor showed that Mary Geoise had fallen and the Celestial Dragons had been captured, prompting Shimura Danzō to declare their downfall.
• A terrifying energy gathered in the sky, and White Zetsu ordered the fighters and their captured enemies to retreat under Lord Mang’s orders.
• Kusana and the others realized Black Zetsu had been left behind, while sealed Black Zetsu called for help as the energy prepared to strike.
• A mysterious figure appeared in the sky and spoke to Black Zetsu, who recognized her as his mother.

After the Land of Grass launched a campaign to help returning pirates find work, Buggy’s crew asked to quit, leaving him to face the end of the Great Pirate Era and Buggy Delivery’s financial troubles alone. Shanks then called to ask Buggy to vote for Luffy in a televised East Blue competition.

• Buggy’s crew told him they planned to leave piracy, and Mohji and Cabaji revealed they had been looking for jobs.
• Mohji showed Buggy the Land of Grass’s Pirate Homecoming policy and explained that the Whitebeard Pirates had become a freight company.
• Buggy rejected Mohji’s suggestion that he return to the East Blue and haul bricks, then drove the crew from the ship.

When an advertisement revealed that Laugh Tale had become a tourist destination where anyone could pose as the Pirate King, Usopp and Zoro offered to spend their prize money on a tour to fulfill Luffy's dream.

• Luffy, Zoro, and Usopp accepted the championship award, but Luffy announced that he would become the Pirate King and the crowd pelted the team with garbage.

Yamato encountered Kin'emon and Momonosuke in Wano and reflected on her past devotion to Kōzuki Oden and her father. Meanwhile, Tobirama Senju took Obito to Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha’s concert, where the rivals finished tied in the popularity vote.

• Yamato ate Oden Oden and learned that Laugh Tale tour groups had brought many visitors to Wano.
• Yamato saw Kin'emon escorting Momonosuke after the boy got angry that people had criticized Kōzuki Oden, and she considered calling for help before deciding they posed no threat.
• Kin'emon cheered Momonosuke up with money for Oden Oden, while Yamato reflected on her past and decided to attend the concert before visiting Laugh Tale.
• Tobirama Senju complained to Obito about Hashirama and Madara’s concert, then took the tickets and offered to use Flying Thunder God to bring Obito there.

Kusana listened to Robin report on the Land of Grass’s infrastructure and heard that King Neptune was demanding Kisame return Shirahoshi. As family life carried on around him, Black Zetsu told Kusana that Kaguya planned to return to the ninja world.

• Robin reported that the Land of Grass had rebuilt major transport routes, helping islands such as Dressrosa prosper and bringing the Tontatta into public life under protective measures.
• Robin told Kusana that the World Economic Journal had gone bankrupt and been absorbed into BBC News Agency, where Morgans now worked under Mujie.
• Robin explained that King Neptune had staged a protest outside Navy Headquarters, demanding to know where Kisame had taken Shirahoshi; Kusana ordered someone to tell Kisame to have Shirahoshi call home.
• Kusana reflected on his family, including Naruto and Sasuke traveling, while Robin played with the children.
